I just did an initial phone call to them with regards to feeling my final remittance not being correct. We had an ongoing contest that is valued at $1500, they tried to say they wouldn't pay out the contest money. I was reassured by them that that money is legally mine. I resolved it, after hearing their professional opinion, by a simple email to them I composed myself, and was offered my check immediately. They were very professional and took time to listen. Also I respect the fact that even though I decided not to sue over such a small amount they were not pressuring me on my decision. I was very pleased with their service.

After reading all of the reviews and how bad they are I could just kick myself for not taking the time to do this before hiring them. From the start they were very pushy to sign their documents before actually giving you any guidance or any run down about how they work things. I agree with several others about how they never answer your calls or your questions. I signed a settlement then realized that they are taking at least over 50 percent of my money from the settlement. Come on now this settlement was super easy. They maybe made two or three phone calls to my former employer and they think they are entitled to 4000.00 dollars when I only get 3500.00. they did absolutely nothing but contact my job that screwed me over. What the worst part is is that my attorney told me he was putting my check out in the mail next week but it's going on the third week and I haven't gotten anything yet. From my address to the law firm address is app. 50 miles away but not any check received! I'm disgusted!!! When and if it happens I will update this review. I need this check really bad. I already got screwed from my job and I don't need to be screwed out of the money that is rightfully mine either! Wow! Sounds like greed. I can't stand greed!
