Richard Eldridge was hired to challenge a patent pending application. He requested the payment upfront which I provided. After 6 months he has not done the job even though he stated up front, it was a straight forward issue. Every communication we’ve had was initiated by me. Each time I reached out to him his only response was he can’t find the application number but they are working on it. He just keeps telling me they are exhausting all efforts to do the work although after 7 weeks I haven’t seen an itemized statement he promised me. I frankly feel he has dropped the ball. He got his money so he is done. I have filed a grievance with the state bar and would like him to return my money.

Leavitt Eldredge Law Firm Introduce

For innovators and businesses in Fort Worth seeking to safeguard their valuable intellectual property, the Leavitt Eldredge Law Firm presents itself as a local option within the "Lawyers Near Me" category. Located at 777 Main St Ste 600, Fort Worth, TX 76102, USA, this firm primarily focuses on intellectual property law, offering services related to patents, trademarks, and copyrights. When considering legal counsel for inventions and creative works, the proximity and specialization of a firm like Leavitt Eldredge can be a significant advantage for local users.

The Leavitt Eldredge Law Firm positions itself as a resource for clients navigating the often-complex world of intellectual property. Their services generally encompass the entire lifecycle of an intellectual property asset, from initial concept to protection and enforcement. This includes guiding clients through the process of filing patent applications, which can be a meticulous and time-consuming endeavor. They also typically handle trademark registrations to protect brand names and logos, and copyright filings for original works of authorship. For those looking to protect their inventions, designs, or creative expressions, the firm aims to provide the necessary legal expertise to secure these valuable assets.

One of the firm's key features, as indicated by positive client feedback, is their experience with the patent application process, particularly in responding to the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). Clients have noted the team's ability to "navigate it efficiently" and overcome initial rejections or comments from the USPTO. This suggests a firm that understands the nuances of patent prosecution and is prepared to advocate on behalf of their clients to secure patent grants. The firm's team, including named individuals like Richard and Audrey, along with Luke, Caroline, Alyssa, Jennifer, Fariya, and Kayla, are highlighted as being "fantastic to work with," suggesting a collaborative and supportive internal structure dedicated to client service.

However, it is important for prospective clients to consider the full spectrum of client experiences. While some clients have reported consistent positive interactions, such as prompt responses, meeting deadlines, and successful patent grants, other feedback suggests potential areas for improvement in communication and service delivery. One review states, "Richard Eldridge was hired to challenge a patent pending application. I have filed a grievance with the state bar and would like him to return my money." This review, in contrast to the highly positive one, points to potential challenges with communication, project progress, and financial transparency for some clients. This suggests that while the firm aims to provide comprehensive IP services, client experiences can vary, and prospective clients should engage in thorough due diligence.

The firm's location in Fort Worth, TX, positions it as an accessible option for local inventors and businesses seeking "Lawyers Near Me" for intellectual property needs. The address at 777 Main St Ste 600 likely places them within a professional office building, offering a standard environment for legal consultations. While details about the interior decor or specific amenities are not available, the firm's focus on intellectual property suggests a professional and structured setting conducive to handling complex legal documents and strategic discussions. The firm's phone number, (844) 728-3680, and mobile phone, +1 844-728-3680, provide readily available contact points for inquiries and consultations.

Promotional information, inferred from the firm's stated services and positive reviews, would likely highlight their expertise in navigating the patent process, their team-oriented approach, and their ability to assist clients in securing intellectual property rights. They likely emphasize their comprehensive support for inventors from the initial idea through the final grant, including assistance with responding to USPTO office actions. The positive testimonial suggests that the firm aims to build long-term relationships with clients, with one client stating, "I 100% plan to continue on with this great team as long as I need patent services because of the great experience I have had with them and continue to have!" This indicates a focus on client satisfaction and continuity of service.

In summary, the Leavitt Eldredge Law Firm in Fort Worth offers specialized intellectual property services, particularly focusing on patent applications and related challenges. While clients have reported both highly positive experiences with efficient communication and successful patent grants, there are also accounts suggesting challenges with project management and communication. Prospective clients seeking intellectual property "Lawyers Near Me" in the Fort Worth area should consider these varied experiences when evaluating the firm for their specific needs, ensuring they fully understand the firm's processes and communication protocols before retaining services. The firm's commitment to securing intellectual property rights for their clients remains a central aspect of their service offering.

I've used the Leavitt & Eldredge Law Firm for several years (2021-Present) on multiple patent applications (both non-provisional and provisional). They have always delivered, assisted with every request I have made, answered promptly, and met all deadlines; all for which I am incredibly thankful! The team there (especially Richard and Audrey as well as Luke, Caroline, Alyssa, Jennifer, Fariya, and Kayla) has been fantastic to work with. This team knows that Patent Process well, and how to navigate it efficiently. I have received a patent grant, and then I intentionally let my provisional application lapse because I decided to go a different way, and my next non-provisional is in the works (word-smithing responses to initial feedback from the USPTO) . Even if the USPTO puts forward initial rejections/comments, it is absolutely possible to overcome (I know because this team has proven themselves!). It seems like USPTO objections tend to be based on existing claims that really have no relevancy (an attempt to minimize the USPTO reviewer's acceptance rate, no doubt, hoping that the applicant will give up easily so the USPTO reviewer can move on to their next one). I 100% plan to continue on with this great team as long as I need patent services because of the great experience I have had with them and continue to have!

During my first consultation Mr. Eldredge shared the necessary steps and required information needed to apply for a provisional patent. He also stated a clear expectation of time it would take to do a patent search and to get the provisional patent. Well it literally took 2 weeks from the time I submitted the necessary documents to his office for me to receive my provisional patent. How awesome is that. Mr. Eldredge and his associates were professional, available and delivered outstanding value.

I highly recommend Leavitt & Eldredge Law Firm. They are very customer centric and did a fantastic job of guiding me through the patent process. I've had the pleasure of working with Beth Felix for some time and I'm always beyond impressed on her knowledge and professionalism. She's been great with the follow up and overall planning to help me achieve my patent goals. Richard was top notch as well and a fantastic patent attorney who's on top of things. I've already brought a friend there who was interested in pursuing a patent as I couldn't imagine a better firm to go through the process with. Great job hands down!
