I am a retired Partner from a large law firm and we focused upon the defense side in Malpractice cases. Our lawyers always took claims and issues raised by the Leeseberg and Tuttle firm very seriously. Unfortunately I lost a very close high school classmate where malpractice was a significant contributing factor to his death. I referred the case to Craig Tuttle and he did an amazing job. My friend's widow was very pleased with not only the outcome of the case but Craig's professionalism as well. Several of my partners and former collogues all send their referrals to Leeseberg and Tuttle. They are not a high volume firm. They only take cases where there is real merit to the case. Doctors are not perfect and sometimes make mistakes or there is simply a bad outcome.
