Apr 14, 2025 · Lucinda PowellThey are horrible when it comes to communication. They cost me thousands of dollars on a standard real estate deal. Why? Simple, they refused to respond to me, the seller's attorney, the bank's attorney, hell anyone at all. It was only after missing the purchasing deadline 3 times and me emailing them that they were fired that I received a response. Save yourself the money and the headache and void them at all cost. I'm saving you thousands of dollars and years of your life from unneeded stress. DON'T. DO. IT.
Nov 11, 2023 · Farnon DixThis law group has ZERO communication. For 2 years, they have been handling my deceased father's estate, and I've heard NOTHING from them, except in the beginning when they wanted my money. Once they got my money ZERO communication. The person handling my case keeps changing, I keep calling and getting no answer or when I get an answer, the person is not available and they never call me back.
Jun 19, 2024 · Daniel RiveraSelling or buying a home is a complex and stressful process, especially for first-timers. Our friends recommended Levin Law Group. We filled out questionnaires on their webpage, and paid half of the required amount. Payment confirmation came immediately and we received an email asking us to send the necessary papers, which we did again via email. A few days later, a telephone conversation took place with lawyer Kate Ulitskaya, Esq. She explained the whole process in easy to understand language. Every time I sent an email with our comments or documents, Kate Ulitskaya immediately sent a confirmation email. It helped so much in the process. In general, the whole process was very easy and without complications. I recommend that anyone who needs a lawyer when buying or selling a house contact Levin Law Group.
Aug 07, 2022 · Olga SemenovskayaI had worked with the Brooklyn office but did meet the attorney in this office. Basically my sister had passed and she named my other sister as executor of her will and me as successor executor. The executor did not want to sell the house because she was living there. I hired Levin law to remove my sister as executor and appoint me as new executor. That was done. Then the house was sold. Levin Law represented me on the sale. I am very happy and would definitely recommend their services.
