This is my worst the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life with any Company. Joseph, the paralegal would never ever ever pick up the phone. He was always pretending to be busy. That was just an excuse to not help directly. Imagine working with a company where they’re not responding back to you in the middle of closing incredible!!!! They took my $500 deposit even though there was no closing. They had me wait over four weeks for my deposit to get returned to me they gave me a fake tracking number that did not work for 10 days and I asked him for a receipt proving where they dropped it off at USPS. Sylvia refused to give me that and she came up with excuse after yelling at me That it was dropped off in a blue bin in public. I told her really why would you drop $25,000 in a public bin using priority shipping label and she begins to tell yell at me to be patient After I waited 10 days for an update loan on USPS and It wasn’t until two weeks later after the 10 days is when I received my check. The morning of before receiving my check, I was told the side of Attorney will take their time to cancel it and let me know when they’re available and ironically the same day as soon as I received it, Sylvia tells me they canceled it upon my request so now I have to drive two hours away. This lady is miserable and petty ! The same day I left a bad reviewed and she figured out within five minutes! Sylvia begins to confront me and harasses me over the phone demanding that I remove my review in order for her to proceed or if not, I would have to hire another attorney to figure out where my money is as if that’s even legal. This lady is unprofessional and crazy. She is risking her license for the whole company due to our own professionalism. They have to reassure that the money gets back in my hand. It is their ethical duty as in my attorney. I mean, think about it I just gave you $500 for no reason the sellers attorney is who drafts my contract so what did I pay them for it to make it harder for me??? Ironically I wake up the next day and my number was used to be placed on subscriptions. The irony is they used my shortened email name making it very obvious that they used the information from the review I gave using the name I had for the email. These people need to get shut down & run while you can! There customer service skills suck! These people are so unprofessional and I hope their time when the company gets shuts down comes very soon! This company is so low budget. It’s basically you get what you pay for. I should’ve ran once I seen $1000 for a closing deal.
