I am grateful for their help. They have been with me through a lengthy process of trying to get residency on my own, and then circumstances changed and my application needed to change. I was not charged for more time consuming, or the change of application, nor was I dismissed or left out. In fact, they have been very helpful. Would surely recommend them 100%. They look out for you and your interests, as they are paid to do just that. Thank you!
For individuals in the Orlando, Florida area navigating the complexities of immigration law, finding a reliable and effective legal team is crucial. Lorenzo Law Group, LLC, situated at Perry Becker Building, 3657 Maguire Blvd Suite 130, Orlando, FL 32803, USA, positions itself as a provider of immigration legal services within the "Lawyers Near Me" category. This introduction aims to provide an objective overview of the firm based on publicly available client reviews, highlighting both positive and negative experiences to offer a balanced perspective for potential clients.
Lorenzo Law Group, LLC can be contacted at (888) 212-2207 or via mobile at +1 888-212-2207. The firm's location in the Perry Becker Building suggests a professional office environment within a commercial area of Orlando. While specific details about the office ambiance are not provided by the reviews, it is reasonable to assume a standard professional setting for client consultations and legal work.
Based on the limited number of online reviews, there appear to be contrasting experiences with Lorenzo Law Group, LLC. One client expressed significant gratitude for the firm's assistance throughout a lengthy process of seeking residency. This positive review highlights the firm's willingness to remain engaged with a case despite changes in circumstances and the passage of time. The client specifically appreciated not being charged extra for the increased time or the change in application, and commended the firm for their helpfulness and dedication to looking out for the client's best interests, ultimately recommending them 100%.
However, another, more detailed review presents a considerably less favorable experience. This client expressed dissatisfaction with the firm's handling of their immigration case, raising concerns about communication and the perceived lack of progress over a three-year period. According to this review, after an initial consultation where the firm indicated they could assist with adjusting the client's status, the client proceeded to fulfill all requested requirements and pay all associated fees, including for a psychologist to support their case. Despite this, the client reported a lack of communication and updates from the firm over three years.
The negative review further details instances of difficulty in contacting the legal team. The client noted that while the receptionist was consistently professional, attempts to speak with the person handling the case were often unsuccessful, with phone calls not being returned. Email communication was reportedly more effective, but phone follow-ups still did not occur consistently.
A particularly concerning aspect of the negative review describes instances where the client had to repeatedly explain their case to different legal aides within the firm. This lack of consistent handling and internal communication allegedly led to a situation where a legal aide eventually informed the client that their case was "weak" and the firm was unsure how to proceed without risking rejection from the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). The client expressed frustration that this assessment was not communicated during the initial consultation, after which they had already paid fees to the firm.
This negative feedback raises significant concerns about the firm's client communication practices, case management, and initial assessment of case viability. The discrepancy between the two reviews suggests that individual experiences with Lorenzo Law Group, LLC may vary considerably.
Given the limited and conflicting nature of the available reviews, it is challenging to provide a comprehensive overview of the specific immigration services offered by Lorenzo Law Group, LLC. However, based on the context of the reviews, it can be inferred that the firm handles cases related to residency applications and adjustment of status with USCIS. Potential clients may wish to inquire specifically about the firm's expertise in their particular immigration needs during an initial consultation.
In terms of promotional information, the positive review serves as a testimonial to the firm's dedication and client-focused approach in at least one instance. However, the negative review stands as a cautionary account that potential clients should consider. It is important for individuals seeking immigration legal services to conduct thorough due diligence, including seeking multiple opinions and carefully evaluating client feedback, to make an informed decision.
For local users searching for "Lawyers Near Me" for immigration assistance in Orlando, Lorenzo Law Group, LLC is an option to consider. Their office is located at a readily accessible address, and they can be contacted via phone. However, the contrasting client experiences highlighted in the available reviews underscore the importance of a thorough consultation process to assess the firm's suitability for individual needs and to discuss communication protocols and case management expectations upfront. Potential clients should feel comfortable asking detailed questions about the firm's experience with cases similar to theirs and their approach to client communication.
Ultimately, while one client found Lorenzo Law Group, LLC to be helpful and dedicated, another experienced significant issues with communication and perceived case mismanagement. This mixed feedback suggests that prospective clients should proceed with caution and ensure they have a clear understanding of the firm's processes and communication practices before engaging their services for their immigration matters.

May 08, 2025 · Jenny Jarell EdwardsNot happy with how the law firm handle my case, if they even made one. You have your consultation, bring all the documents you have and explain where you stand with USCIS. They say: “yes, we can help you”. So, I continue doing everything required from them to fix and adjust my status. A year goes by you pay every fee that you are required and I also pay for a psychologist to help with my case. Three years later, I have no idea where I am with my case. No more news from them. Every time you contact them or tried to communicate with them the receptionist (which has always been very professional when I call) puts you through the phone line of the person who is supposed to be handling your case. No call back from them. So, I go ahead and write them an email. They do reply the email, but they don’t return the phone call. When one of their associate calls you, you have to explain 4 times who you are, and what is your case and how is it going. Because 4 different legal aides call you to see how your case is going. Like if I know how my case is going. The last time I spoke with one of their legal aides they told me: “Your case is weak, we don’t know how to move forward and not get a rejection from USCIS”. Why couldn’t they say anything when you have that first consultation. But NO, they make you pay everything first to THEM and then you are nonexistent to THEM. Its very hard to find someone honest who is willing to listen and help your case. But this law firm is not one of them. So anyone who is reading this, good luck trying to find a good lawyer who is willing to help you with your case. Thank you.

Oct 24, 2024 · Eileen TorresI don’t understand how they have 5 stars - they are very unprofessional, Lina talks over you when you have a concern, getting in touch with them takes days - they only care about money and not what an immigrant is going through. I asked for a refund.
