Jan 03, 2025 · Mahesh ChanderA lot of delays. Didn’t communicate properly. Receptionist was stonewalling us when we asked questions. They issued a check to our realtor but never sent our wire. How is that even possible? I’ve closed over 300 transactions since 2017 and I’ve never experienced such an incompetent group of people in my life. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
Aug 21, 2023 · abdul mangumI closed my mortgage refinance with this law firm and they took a very nonchalant approach to the entire process. Initially I did not think it was a big deal but I was severely mistaken. They failed to address or complete multiple steps during the process for something the law firm should be well equipped to handle. 1) I had to go out of my way chasing someone down to get wiring instructions so the loan would close on time. 2) During the signing, the process was discombobulated (the closing packet/key documents were not printed prior to arrival, the closing costs were doubled without any heads up, and they process took entirely too long). 3) Then the kicker, I get an email saying “(we) handled the refinance of your home, but missed having one document signed. Currently we have (your wife) on title, but she did not sign any of our documents. We will need to remove her from title to comply with the lender’s title documents. Please advise a good location, date and time that she can swing by our Duluth office to sign the document. Please advise asap since we are unable to finalize your refinance closing without this. Thank you!” Yeah no big deal, your wife is not on the title and your refinance is not completed. Also how do they want me to respond? Your Welcome! Thanks for ruining the whole process!!!
