Lugara PLLC Introduce

For individuals and families in Brooklyn, New York, seeking legal representation, Lugara PLLC operates from their office located at 7811 15th Ave. Functioning within the platform category "Lawyers Near Me," this firm can be contacted at (718) 759-9244 or via their mobile number, +1 718-759-9244, to inquire about their legal services. Understanding the firm's environment, the services they offer, their key features as perceived by clients, and any implicit promotional aspects derived from client feedback is crucial for local users considering their legal needs.

The physical environment of Lugara PLLC's office in Brooklyn, situated on 15th Avenue, likely provides a professional setting for client consultations and legal work. While specific details about the office's ambiance or facilities are not available online, a typical law firm environment includes private meeting rooms to ensure confidential discussions between attorneys and clients, administrative areas for staff to manage case files and communications, and workspaces for lawyers to conduct legal research and prepare necessary documentation. The location on 15th Avenue suggests accessibility for residents in the surrounding Brooklyn neighborhoods seeking local legal expertise. The availability of both a landline and a mobile phone number indicates the firm's commitment to being accessible to potential and current clients.

Based on the limited client reviews available, Lugara PLLC appears to handle real estate transactions, specifically property closings. One client reported a "great experience" with the office handling their father's closing. This positive review specifically mentioned Karen, who was described as a "pleasure to deal with." The client highlighted Karen's proactive communication, noting that she kept them informed and facilitated a quick progression of the process. The client concluded with gratitude and positive feedback. This testimonial suggests that Lugara PLLC has the capability to handle real estate closings efficiently and with good client communication, at least in some instances.

However, a starkly contrasting and severely negative review presents a significantly different perspective on the firm's services. This reviewer claimed to have retained the attorney over two years prior, prepaying a substantial amount of $12,000 for their case. The review alleges that the attorney consistently avoided communication and provided "fake excuses" regarding the case's progress. Furthermore, the reviewer stated that when they requested their file to seek alternative legal counsel, the firm allegedly refused to provide it and had not taken any action to advance their case. The reviewer labeled the attorney a "scammer" and a "liar," accusing them of deceiving people for financial gain. The reviewer expressed intent to pursue legal action and seek the revocation of the attorney's license. This negative testimonial raises serious concerns about the firm's professionalism, communication, case management, and ethical practices in at least one instance.

Considering these two diametrically opposed client experiences is crucial for local users on the "Lawyers Near Me" platform. The positive review suggests potential competence and good client service in real estate closings, particularly highlighting the positive interaction with a staff member named Karen. This might be a relevant factor for individuals specifically seeking assistance with property transactions in Brooklyn. Conversely, the negative review raises very serious allegations of misconduct, including lack of progress on a case, poor communication, refusal to release client files, and potentially fraudulent behavior. These are critical concerns that potential clients should carefully consider and investigate further before making any decisions.

Features of Lugara PLLC, as perceived through the limited and conflicting feedback, include the potential for efficient handling of real estate closings with good communication, as indicated by the positive review. However, the negative review suggests significant potential issues with case management, communication, transparency, and ethical conduct in other types of legal matters. It is challenging to establish definitive features of the firm's overall practice based on such drastically different accounts. Potential clients may need to weigh these contrasting experiences and consider the specific area of law for which they require assistance, while also exercising significant caution due to the serious allegations raised in the negative review.

Currently, no explicit promotional information is provided for Lugara PLLC. The positive review for real estate closing services could implicitly serve as a promotional element for individuals seeking such legal assistance, highlighting the firm's perceived efficiency and positive client interaction in that specific area. However, the strongly negative review acts as a significant deterrent, potentially overshadowing any positive aspects and raising serious red flags for potential clients across all areas of legal service the firm might offer. The contrasting feedback underscores the critical importance for potential clients to conduct thorough due diligence, seek additional reviews if available, and potentially consult with other legal professionals before entrusting their legal matters to this firm.

In conclusion, Lugara PLLC in Brooklyn presents a highly contrasting image based on the limited client reviews available online. While one client reported a positive experience with a real estate closing, highlighting efficient service and good communication, another client shared a deeply negative experience involving serious allegations of neglect, misrepresentation, and potential misconduct in a different type of legal case. For local users on the "Lawyers Near Me" platform, this stark divergence in feedback necessitates extreme caution. Individuals considering Lugara PLLC for their legal needs should carefully weigh these opposing viewpoints, conduct thorough independent research, and potentially seek consultations with other attorneys to ensure they choose legal representation that aligns with their best interests and provides the professional and ethical service they deserve. The serious allegations raised in the negative review should not be ignored and warrant significant scrutiny.

I went to this attorney more than two years ago & I prepaid him with a $12,000.00 check for my case. However, he keeps dodging me & gives me fake excuses that it’s still under process. And when I asked them to give me my file & I’ll look for another attorney they didn’t give it to me nor did he do anything to get my case moving. This attorney is a scammer, liar, fools people for their money & I want to sue him & get his licenses revoked that’s if he has one.
