Sep 17, 2024 · Allison ClarkWow is all I can say after talking to the supervisor on the phone over the BSA settlement! I was told I’ll only get 1% of whatever the amount!! Are you serious!!! Just who got abused by the Boy Scouts here? Was it you or the?!!!!? Let down by the system as a young boy in the Boy Scouts and now by the corrupt system!!! How unbelievably corrupt and pathetic that you would get so rich over the misery of other people!!! Our entire life was ruined by the corrupt Scouts and now we get abused yet again by the corrupt system that allows this/ these law firms to operate like this!! I don’t see how you people sleep at night and live with yourselves!!

In the AGREEMENT says funds would be disbursed in 4 to 6 months it's been almost a year can't get ahold of anyone. Bern & partners have the best staff and go way above and beyond even an attorneys call of duty. Megan, Gaston, and Marc and all the other's we have spent hours on the phone corresponding about my case have been great. They keep me updated and I've called the office a couple times only to meet another super, nice, understanding person. I know, I know Attorney's are out to "get yah" Not this group. Thanks to all of you.

In the maybe last 50 calls in, I have NEVER, not once received a call back. we have gone through 3 different point attorneys that were assigned to our case. ( Brian Brick and Elliot Shankman) Each assigned attorney has either quit or resigned from this firm. After all these years of stagnation and ineptitude, the statute of limitations will probably run out before they reach out to any of the plaintiffs. I'm now exhausted and have reached my limit. I'm done chasing this firm.Which means that the defendants will win this case by default. Kind of makes you wonder if that was the intention the whole time. It seems a bit nefarious to me. Of all the law firms that I have dealt with through my life, I've never experienced such disregard and UN-professionalism. I think, taking all my experience with this firm and all their stories, it must be a sham.
