Dec 12, 2024 · HannahI’ve been calling for two days & no answer. It’s alway really hard to get in contact with the front desk. I find making payments over the phone easier when they DO answer. The front desk also advised my husband and I that calling in would be better and fast than using the online payment option. She also said it could take a while to process and the last thing I need is a late fee.

They have been harassing me about an accident that I wasn’t even the driver nor was in the car in which Geico accidentally duplicated a claim for an accident again that I was not apart of. I am being penalized for something that Geico did wrong. This deters me from being able to drive and do things that I need to do. Something has to be done about this company.
