Ugh! The elevator was squeaky so, I opted for the stairs (3flights) only to get to the top and the door was locked. I knocked several times and Noone even looked to open it. I walked back down and took the creepy elevator to the 3rd floor and there is the receptionist that had to hear me knock. I went to turn in my EM check. She proceeds to tell me afterwards that they do NOT take any form of monies, it MUST be wired! I walked out with a bad impression of this firm.

McMichael & Gray PC Introduce

For local users seeking legal counsel through the "Lawyers Near Me" platform, it is essential to have a comprehensive understanding of potential law firms, encompassing not only their areas of expertise but also practical aspects such as office accessibility and administrative procedures. In this context, we present an introduction to McMichael & Gray PC, located at 2550 Hamilton Mill Rd 3rd Floor, Suite 300A, Buford, GA 30519, USA. Based on recent customer feedback available online, it is important for prospective clients to be aware of certain reported experiences regarding office access and payment policies.

While the specific details of the legal services offered by McMichael & Gray PC are not elaborated upon in the provided reviews, the firm's name and general nature of legal practices often associated with "PC" designations suggest they likely handle a range of legal matters. However, the available feedback primarily focuses on a visitor's experience concerning accessibility within their office building and the firm's payment policies. These aspects, though not directly related to legal expertise, can significantly impact a client's overall impression and interaction with the firm.

One customer recounted a challenging experience attempting to reach the firm's third-floor office. They reported that the elevator was squeaky, leading them to choose the stairs. Upon ascending three flights, they found the office door locked, and despite knocking several times, no one reportedly acknowledged their presence or opened the door. Subsequently, the customer used the elevator, which they described as "creepy," to reach the third floor, where they encountered a receptionist who seemingly should have heard their earlier knocks. This account raises questions about the firm's accessibility and responsiveness to visitors arriving at their physical location.

The same customer's visit was further complicated when they attempted to submit an Earnest Money (EM) check. They were informed that McMichael & Gray PC does not accept any form of monetary payments in person and that all payments must be wired electronically. This policy, while potentially standard practice for some firms, was unexpected by the visitor and resulted in them leaving with a "bad impression" of the firm. This feedback highlights the importance for prospective clients to clarify the firm's payment procedures in advance to avoid similar inconveniences.

Another review focused on the perceived demeanor and training of the front desk staff. This customer expressed concern that the "front desk ladies are so scared to ask any question," which they felt could negatively represent the company. They suggested the need for "proper" training and emphasized that clients are "not here to beg their kindness." This feedback points to potential issues in customer service and front office management, which could impact a client's initial and ongoing interactions with the firm.

Based on the limited information available, it is challenging to provide a comprehensive overview of the services and features of McMichael & Gray PC from a legal perspective. The reviews primarily highlight logistical and administrative aspects of a visitor's experience, rather than the quality or nature of their legal services. Therefore, local users seeking to understand the firm's legal expertise in areas such as real estate law, foreclosure law, eviction law, or other potential practice areas will need to seek additional information through other channels.

From the provided reviews, there is no direct positive feedback regarding the firm's legal services, expertise, or client outcomes. The feedback focuses solely on negative experiences related to office accessibility and administrative processes. Therefore, it is not possible to objectively highlight specific features of their legal services based on this information.

Similarly, there is no explicit promotional information available in the provided reviews. The negative experiences shared by the customers do not serve as endorsements for the firm. Prospective clients will need to look beyond this feedback to ascertain any promotional materials or positive testimonials from other sources to gain a more balanced perspective on McMichael & Gray PC.

In conclusion, for local users on the "Lawyers Near Me" platform considering McMichael & Gray PC in Buford, Georgia, the available recent feedback highlights potential concerns regarding office accessibility upon arrival and a strict policy of requiring electronic wire transfers for payments. Additionally, one review suggests potential issues with front desk customer service. Prospective clients are advised to consider these points and to seek further information about the firm's specific legal services, expertise in their area of need, and administrative policies to ensure it aligns with their expectations and requirements. Contacting the firm directly at (470) 210-1258 or mobile phone +1 470-210-1258 may provide further clarity on these and other relevant aspects of their practice.

The front desk ladies are so scared to ask any question which will be a very bad representation of the company. Train them proper way. We are not here to beg their kindness.
