Paralegal Tobi absolutely deserves a pay raise. I can’t say enough good things about her. She is prompt, professional and personable. Joann was my attorney and had my case closed with a favorable result in just 5 months. I would rate this company a 100/100 but I do feel the need to warn others about the pricing. I originally received a retainer form that I was told to disregard and was instead asked to sign another retainer with a flat rate. This was more than double what any other attorney quoted. I was sold being told this could drag out a year or two and that case was very important to me. I could understand the price tag if my case wasn’t completed in 5 months with little opposition from the opposing party. I understand that it was a flat rate but considering the circumstances with the longevity the rate was entirely to high to not be granted some kind of proration. I would absolutely use this company again if money wasn’t an issue or on an hourly rate. I do appreciate the great work from the team. Thank you!
