Dear Potential Suckas; A Cheerio - way to go, your case has been forlorn to No! For those who are of lesser mind, seek only to be of soul unkind. To laugh at you for which they seemed, amused themselves paid - for no conclusion be. Fulfillment of context, thats what’s the deal - we tried a faked best, and even lost your appeal! Messick Law, PLLC Introduce

For individuals in Woodbury, Minnesota, and the surrounding areas seeking legal representation through the "Lawyers Near Me" platform, Messick Law, PLLC, located at 724 Bielenberg Dr #18, Woodbury, MN 55125, USA, is one of the listed options. The firm can be contacted by phone at (651) 505-0085 or via mobile at +1 651-505-0085. However, it is critical to note that the publicly available online reviews for this firm contain serious and concerning allegations from former clients, which potential users should carefully consider.

One review is presented in a highly unusual and sarcastic poetic form, purportedly from a "screwed over former client." While the language is unconventional, the underlying message is one of extreme dissatisfaction with the services received. The reviewer suggests a case was mishandled ("your case has been forlorn to No!"), implies a lack of genuine effort from the firm ("we tried a faked best, and even lost your appeal!"), and expresses a cynical view regarding the value received for payment ("we really don’t care - but to see you going"). The reviewer concludes with a strong warning to "Think very carefully before hiring this firm," alleging "potentially serious problems with ethics hidden behind the nice guy facade." This review paints a picture of a firm that is perceived as uncaring, ineffective, and potentially unethical.

The second review provides more specific and direct criticisms, focusing on the performance of attorney Ms. Jacquelyn S. Lutz. This former client states that Ms. Lutz "did NOT advocate for me whatsoever" in a custody matter. The specific grievance highlights the outcome of receiving only one overnight with the child, which the reviewer claims is significantly less than what Minnesota statute allows unless a parent is deemed unfit. The client alleges that it took consulting another attorney to discover this discrepancy, suggesting a lack of legal knowledge or diligence on Ms. Lutz's part. Furthermore, the reviewer criticizes Ms. Lutz for allegedly allowing the client to be burdened with a breathalyzer requirement without proper justification, describing this as a "costly mistake" both financially and to the strength of the case.

This second review strongly advises potential clients to "continue looking elsewhere," suggesting that there are other lawyers who would be more worth the investment. The reviewer also expresses a concern that Ms. Lutz prioritized maintaining a "cordial relationship with the opposing attorney" over vigorously advocating for her own client. A particularly negative aspect highlighted is the reviewer's feeling of being "often seemed annoyed by me" by Ms. Lutz, which is described as a "horrible feeling" when dealing with sensitive custody issues. The review specifically emphasizes this negative experience for fathers fighting for parenting time or custody. Finally, the reviewer alleges that Ms. Lutz seemed to be influenced by "her own personal views" rather than striving for "blind justice." The reviewer concludes by stating they would give zero stars if possible, underscoring their extreme dissatisfaction.

Given these severely negative reviews, it is extremely difficult to objectively describe a positive environment, services, or features of Messick Law, PLLC based solely on this publicly available information. The prevailing sentiment in the reviews suggests an environment of potential neglect, poor advocacy, and questionable ethical practices. Potential clients reading these reviews would likely perceive a high risk in engaging this firm's services.

The services that Messick Law, PLLC claims to offer are not specified in the provided information. However, based on the context of the negative reviews, it can be inferred that the firm handles cases involving family law, specifically child custody disputes. The mention of a felony case in one review (though it's unclear if it was handled by this firm or a different one the reviewer subsequently hired) suggests they may also handle criminal matters. However, the experiences shared raise serious concerns about the quality and effectiveness of these services.

The features that Messick Law, PLLC might claim to possess are overshadowed by the negative experiences detailed in the reviews. Any potential features such as experience, client communication, or successful outcomes are directly contradicted by the accounts of former clients. The reviews suggest a lack of effective advocacy, potential errors in legal understanding, and poor client relations.

There is no positive promotional information to extract from the provided data. Instead, the reviews serve as stark warnings against hiring this firm. The "nice guy facade" mentioned in one review, followed by allegations of ethical problems, suggests a deceptive presentation that potential clients should be wary of. The lack of any positive feedback further reinforces the negative impression.

For local users in Woodbury, Minnesota, searching for legal representation in the "Lawyers Near Me" category, the available online reviews for Messick Law, PLLC should be treated with extreme caution. The serious allegations of unethical behavior, ineffective representation, and poor client treatment are significant red flags. Potential clients are strongly advised to thoroughly investigate these reviews and consider seeking legal counsel from other firms with more positive and reliable feedback.

In conclusion, based on the provided information, particularly the alarming negative reviews from former clients, Messick Law, PLLC in Woodbury, MN, appears to be a law firm that potential clients should approach with extreme caution. The allegations of unethical practices, inadequate legal representation in custody matters, and a lack of client advocacy are deeply concerning. Local users seeking legal services in Woodbury are strongly encouraged to conduct thorough due diligence and consider alternative legal options with more favorable and trustworthy reputations. The information available does not support recommending this firm and instead serves as a cautionary tale for those seeking legal assistance.

Ms. Jacquelyn S. Lutz is a horrible attorney and did NOT advocate for me whatsoever. She only got me one (1) overnight with my daughter (which is only half of what Minnesota Statute 518.175 allows for parenting time unless the parent is unfit). It took me consulting another attorney to find this out. Lutz does not seem to know the law very well. Not only that, but she allowed me to get burdened with a breathalyzer – which there was no evidence that it was needed for me or my situation. This was a costly mistake – both financially and to the strength of my case. There are plenty of other lawyers out there that will be worth the money – and I strongly suggest you continue looking elsewhere. Additionally, she would rather keep a cordial relationship with the opposing attorney instead of working hard for her client. She often seemed annoyed by me – which is a horrible feeling when burdened with custody matters. I would emphasize this comment if you are a Father fighting for Parenting Time with or custody of your children. Furthermore, she seems to be blinded by her own personal views, rather than looking for blind justice – which is what any attorney should do. I would give zero (0) stars if it was an option.

*Revised October 2019* I ended up retaining Ms. Lutz again in July 2019. Yet again Ms. Lutz fiercely advocated for the best interest of my family and I. Ms. Lutz gave a very accurate, tenacious, passionate pleading to our Judge that resulted in the legal matter being ruled in my favor. Ms. Lutz presented a complex case and was able to passionately advocate on my families behalf. I was overly pleased with her legal knowledge and ability to put such a complex case together so precise. I will continue to retain Ms. Lutz on all of my legal matters in the future as well as reccomend her to others in need of superb legal representation. I first came to Ms. Jacquelyn Lutz in October of 2016. It was definitely the worst time in my life and she compassionately spoke with me about my options. Ms. Lutz thoroughly explained the laws, statutes, process and what to expect going forward. What was supposed to be one case, turned into three intricate cases that took a huge toll on me and my family. Ms. Lutz represented me in court on all three cases with a vast knowledge of the laws and how to proceed accordingly. During all three cases she kept me informed, calm, gave me resources to utilize, and (most important) gave me a realistic view of what may come next. Ms. Lutz knew each case required a great deal of knowledge and creative thinking on how to legally proceed forward with each case. My family and friends are forever grateful for the amazing representation by Ms. Lutz. I highly recommend Ms. Lutz for anyone needing or considering superb representation for any kind of family law. -Miss Megan Y. Hedberg

Jacquelyn Lutz was hands down the best attorney I could've asked for. She came recommended by a friend. She is professional, understands client needs, and was there with me every step of the way in a custody case.

Steve Messick, Christine and the others on the Messick Law staff have been instrumental in navigating the often confusing world of conservatorship for mother. I don't know what I would have done without their guidance these past several years. I would highly recommend them.
