Had a great experience with my lawyer and office is nice. Only issue was with lady behind reception desk. Not friendly at all….looked at me when I walked in like I was bothering her and just not pleasant. she even griped out loud with several of us in lobby about someone trying to get into front doors which were locked. She stated that people should know to go around….i wouldn’t have. She let him in and just stared at him until he said who he was looking for. It was uncomfortable to say the least and she should find another place to work if she can’t be welcoming. For such a nice firm she definitely gives it a bad first impression.

Moore Ingram Johnson & Steele, LLP Introduce

For individuals and businesses in Marietta, Georgia, seeking legal counsel, Moore Ingram Johnson & Steele, LLP, located at 326 Roswell St NE, Marietta, GA 30060, USA, is a law firm within the "Lawyers Near Me" category. With phone numbers (770) 429-1499 and +1 770-429-1499, the firm presents itself as an established legal presence in the local community. Reviews from individuals who have interacted with the firm offer some insights into their office environment and initial client experiences, providing potential clients with perspectives to consider.

One client described having a "great experience" with their lawyer at Moore Ingram Johnson & Steele, LLP, and noted that the office itself is "nice." This suggests that the legal professionals within the firm are capable and that the physical setting of the office is generally pleasant. However, this positive feedback regarding the legal service is contrasted by a significant concern regarding the reception area. The reviewer specifically mentioned an issue with the "lady behind the reception desk," describing her as "not friendly at all." The behavior described includes the receptionist allegedly looking at the client upon arrival as if they were an inconvenience and generally exhibiting unpleasant demeanor. The review further details an incident in the lobby where the receptionist purportedly "griped out loud" to several waiting individuals about someone attempting to enter the locked front doors, suggesting that they should have known to go around. The client, however, stated that they would not have known this alternative entrance. The situation escalated when the receptionist eventually let the person in but then reportedly stared at them until they stated their purpose. This entire interaction was characterized as "uncomfortable" by the reviewer, who expressed the opinion that the receptionist's lack of welcoming behavior created a negative first impression of the firm, despite the perceived quality of the legal services provided.

Another review details a negative initial interaction with a partner at the firm, Clayton Carver. According to the review, Mr. Carver returned the client's call to discuss a legal matter while he was admittedly driving, which was evident to the caller due to the background noise. The reviewer found this behavior to be "unprofessional," leading them to immediately end the call and seek legal representation elsewhere. This incident raises concerns about the firm's attention to professionalism and client communication, particularly during initial contact. The fact that a partner would conduct an initial client call while driving could be interpreted as a lack of focus or prioritization of potential client interactions.

Based on these two reviews, the services offered by the attorneys at Moore Ingram Johnson & Steele, LLP are implied to be competent, as one client reported a "great experience" with their lawyer. However, the specific areas of law in which the firm specializes are not detailed in these reviews. Potential clients would need to seek additional information to understand the full scope of their legal services. The positive comment about the lawyer suggests that the firm likely has experienced attorneys capable of providing effective representation.

In terms of features, Moore Ingram Johnson & Steele, LLP appears to have a physical office location that at least one client found to be "nice." This could suggest a professional and comfortable environment for client meetings, beyond the initial reception area. However, the significant negative feedback regarding the reception staff presents a potential feature that detracts from the overall client experience. A welcoming and efficient reception area is often crucial for creating a positive first impression and ensuring smooth client interactions. The reported behavior of the receptionist could be a point of concern for individuals visiting the office. The incident involving the partner taking an initial client call while driving also highlights a potential area for improvement in terms of professional conduct and client communication protocols.

Promotional information is limited and somewhat contradictory based on these reviews. The positive experience with the lawyer could serve as a positive aspect to highlight, suggesting that the firm has skilled legal professionals. However, the negative feedback regarding the reception and the unprofessional initial call from a partner present significant challenges for promotional efforts based solely on this information. Any promotional material would need to address or mitigate these concerns to be truly effective. Potential clients might be hesitant to engage with a firm where the initial interactions are perceived as unwelcoming or unprofessional, regardless of the quality of the legal advice eventually received.

In conclusion, Moore Ingram Johnson & Steele, LLP in Marietta, GA, is a law firm with lawyers who have provided positive experiences for at least one client. The office environment is also noted as being "nice." However, significant concerns have been raised regarding the unprofessional behavior of the receptionist and an instance of a partner conducting an initial client call while driving. These negative aspects could significantly impact a potential client's first impression and overall experience with the firm. Individuals considering Moore Ingram Johnson & Steele, LLP for their legal needs may want to weigh the positive feedback about the legal service against the reported issues with the front office and initial communication.

I received a call back from Clayton Carver, Partner, which would have been our initial call to discuss a matter. Unfortunately, he was admittedly driving (as I could clearly hear) when he called. I found it unprofessional, immediately ended the call, and found another attorney.

My mom had to probate my grandmas will and it took 8 months to receive it. The attorney had it on his desk in March (I know he had it since March because I contacted the Probate office myself and I have the email that states this). She did not actually receive it until the middle of June after numerous calls to his office and hardly ever getting a call back. When she did get the call back he would always blame it on his assistant. Then to get the bill and only reduce it $200 is uncalled for, especially since she could not sell her condo until she had the paper and she has had to continue to pay dues on the condo as well as utilities which cost over $1600. So be careful with this law firm they only want your money. I will never use them again. I am being nice and not putting the attorney's name but just be careful with using them.

This is the worst law firm ever. Eviction process cost 3,000$ and can't even get the tenant out immediately. They are being very vague and sneaky about they charge their clients. Definitely not recommend this. This is a rabbit trap hole, it will eventually cost you even more than what you are already being damaged for. This is a complete hoax
