I was disappointed with Morgan & Morgan. 1. I was shuffled to three different lawyers, but never informed that it was happening! 2. They were so unprofessional when obtaining my medical records. They would call the providers, and fail to leave a call back number or name and if they did provide a number, no one ever picked up! Multiple of my medical providers complained about how difficult it was to provide them with medical records. 3. We received an initial check from the insurance company for the person that hit me. It was an underfunded policy, so my auto insurance then came into play. It was another year and a half before the claim was settled. I had asked the lawyer to hold onto that money to offset any bills that may get added onto my account so that I didn't incur interest. When we came to settle the suit, they had no record of that conversation. They billed me interest at 7% for a Dr. that they had review my case at $7,000, but didn't pay me any interest on the money that they were holding for which was greater than the $7,000 and was received earlier! My lawyer gave me some lame excuse why they could charge me interest on the bill, but couldn't pay me interest on money they held for me. 4. They were very happy to settle out of court. I think I had a good case that could have gone to court and would have gotten much better settlement outcome. My lawyer felt that I was getting a good settlement, so I settled, but after the fact, I doubt that I really got the outcome that I should have. I think she just wanted the case closed by year end. There were a number of factors that I don't feel were really taken into account in settling my case including future cost of care. 5. Getting a return call from the lawyers and their staff was not easy! I think these lawyers and their staff are overworked! If you can, you may do better with a smaller firm that knows you by name and really knows your case!

I felt like of all of my needs were being ignored by insurance after an almost fatal car crash by another aggressive driver, on the least patrolled & most dangerous stretch of New Hampshire Highways. My initial conversation w/ M & M gave me confidence that someone wanted to make things right and get me back on my feet after injury.
