I was accepted by morgan/morgan on 3/13, gave my info and supportive documents, and spoke to my assigned case manager. 5 days laterni received an email that my case was declined. No one called to tell me. I have been calling them ever since, leaving messages, and sending emails. NO ONE has returned my call including the case manager, kali, who was so nice & supportive intially. I am extremely disappointed that they could not give me the courtesy of a simple phone call to explain why I was declined and how to move fwd. Especially since they had begun contacting my insurance, and those involved in my accident, and filing paperwork for me.******** Oginal post on 3/14/24---I just started working with Morgan & Morgan. They accepted my case and just hours later someone called me to get the process going. They were patient, informative, and understanding. They are truly on my side and willing to fight on my behalf!

I I was transferred to an intake personnel they took all the information and they took my case on without any hesitation. So I am very happy with the quick prompt of how fast it got back to me and how fast they took on my case. I feel that it's in good hands and we will see how they do with as it goes on.
