Dec 08, 2024 · ShayneI've been in NY for a long time and seen all sorts of transactions in art, real estate, M&As, entertainment, etc. The hardest deals to close typically are real estate and art, as one is unregulated and the other is regulated by law and local custom. Jonathan's forte is steeped in both of the latter. We weren't taken advantage of on the cost, even when he had opportunities to take advantage of us. He knew how to push back and move things forward when obstinacy, laziness, unprofessionalism, and perhaps some other historical -isms proved threatened to be an impasse. Suffice it say, in summary every parent's favorite quote, "I don't know who are. I don't know what you want. ...., but what I do have are a very particular set of skills." Jonathan's skills got the job done and we highly recommend Movtady Law if there is a deal that absolutely needs to get done and done right.
