I have mixed feelings about their service. There are both good and bad aspects. Pros: -They helped me get my green card using my PhD in biochemistry for the NIW-EB2 application. -Selda was very helpful in drafting my support letter and statement. She provided sample letters and gave suggestions on what to emphasize. -They know the immigration system well and guide you through the process. Cons: -They are short-staffed, so you need to push and remind them often. -They don’t always answer all your questions at once, so you need to be patient and ask again. -There is little visibility into the status of their work, and they might not have a proper work management system. Overall, I appreciate their hard work and commitment. They made a positive difference in my life, and I will always remember their kindness and generosity.

Sep 18, 2024 · Naoki NumataTrust the other reviews here. Terrible and unprofessional - beware! Not only are their knowledge and approach outdated and obsolete, but they can also say to you “we didn’t have time for sending your documents because we were busy with the other client" - basically letting you know that you’re not a priority. Constant delays, all deadlines were missed, and we had to constantly push, remind, and request, even though everything had been agreed upon in advance. The case was handled so poorly that it was eventually denied. They even managed to make mistakes in the forms they submitted to USCIS. Horrible experience - have no idea who still falls for them - wasting money and time. In the end, we reworked the case ourselves, without the lawyers, resubmitted it and got approved.
Aug 29, 2024 · Phil SThey know what they are doing, but they are not the most sociable people. Other than that, they can get the work done. Regardless, I appreciated their guidance and help even though it wasn't very friendly but the work was done. Recommend for professional people who have a valid case. If you know you do not have the requirements do not waste their time.
Sep 05, 2024 · Terry BitarI don't like talking about people like that but; Waxman company and its employees are big thieves. First of all, they steal TIME!!! Then they did made his client feel worthless; they are stealing VALUE. I want to write other important words like this, but in the end they steal YOUR MONEY. Don't believe a word written on their website. Yes he is full of knowledge. But all like old times. A company that wastes time on others because its own time is running out..!!!
Jan 19, 2024 · serdar borcanI’m going to write this down with my experience with them for last 3 years. I started to work with them for my O-1visa and EB1 visa process. Trying to make it short. I just don’t recommend their services. My case got denied. I’ve applied twice with my 2 previous visa cases with different attorney so I know how the documents looks like and I’m very familiar with it. His assistant, her level of collecting making documents is very poor. So many grammar mistakes, just using Wikipedia for copy and paste. She forgot to post each document’s dates and number of circulations and capacities even I provided to her. It’s such as basic information you need to proof. I got RFE ( request for evidence ) by USCIS, letter said basically my document wasn’t good enough and there were many lack of informations. Since I’ve worked with different attorneys before, i knew how she made my case very poorly immediately. Also this made me most irritated, they never applied my email. I had to email them call them soooooooo many time to make sure, they work ridiculously slow. I’ve waited 3 freaking years to get my case denied. It was dumbest decision I made to work with them. I highly recommend you to do your own research and find best attorney for you. If you’re in rush, don’t work with them. I wasted my $12,000 for nothing.
