The office environment of National Tax Relief, situated at 7177 Brockton Ave #102 in Riverside, CA, is located within a professional building. This setting suggests a structured and formal environment suitable for discussing sensitive financial and legal matters. While specific details about the interior design or client-facing areas are not provided, firms specializing in tax relief typically aim to create an atmosphere that is both reassuring and efficient. Clients often visit such offices feeling stressed and overwhelmed by tax debt, so a calm, professional, and confidential setting would be paramount. The location in Riverside makes it accessible for local clients, allowing for in-person consultations when necessary. National Tax Relief offers a comprehensive suite of services focused on resolving IRS and state tax issues. Their primary offerings include tax debt resolution strategies, such as negotiating Offer in Compromise (OIC) agreements with the IRS, which allow taxpayers to settle their tax debt for a lower amount than what they originally owe. They also assist with establishing Installment Agreements, enabling taxpayers to pay off their debt in manageable monthly payments. Another key service is penalty abatement, where they work to reduce or eliminate IRS penalties. For individuals facing severe collection actions, they provide assistance with levies, liens, and wage garnishments, aiming to protect clients' assets and income. The firm also offers services related to unfiled tax returns, helping individuals and businesses become compliant with tax laws and preventing further penalties. Beyond direct debt resolution, the firm appears to provide guidance on tax planning and improving company structure for small businesses, as indicated by a client review mentioning "Robert is a trusted tax attorney to do just that." This suggests a broader advisory role aimed at long-term financial health and tax compliance for business entities. Their services are designed to alleviate the burden of tax debt and provide peace of mind to clients facing significant financial stress.
The features of National Tax Relief, as gleaned from client feedback, present a mixed picture. One positive review highlights the dedication and effectiveness of certain individuals within the firm. Robert and John are specifically mentioned for their hard work and for "do everything he said he would do." This indicates a level of commitment and follow-through that is highly valued by clients, particularly in complex tax situations. The client's appreciation for Robert as a "trusted tax attorney" for improving company structure points to the firm's capacity to offer strategic tax advice beyond just debt resolution, benefiting small businesses. This suggests that when the firm operates effectively, it can provide tailored solutions and strong client communication. The positive reviewer's willingness to "not hesitate to go back to them" signifies satisfaction with the service received. However, it is crucial to consider all available feedback. A contrasting review details significant issues with communication, follow-through, and adverse financial outcomes. This client reported being told an agreement was reached for a specific amount, paying the firm's fee, and making payments to the IRS, only to later receive an "intent to seize property" notice. The subsequent lack of responsiveness, difficulty in processing documents, and ultimately, an increased balance due to interest and penalties, are serious concerns. This review highlights a potential inconsistency in client experience, particularly regarding the firm's internal processes for handling documentation and maintaining clear, up-to-date communication about the status of complex negotiations with the IRS. It raises questions about the transparency of the process and the reliability of information conveyed to clients, which can have severe financial consequences.
In terms of promotional information, National Tax Relief utilizes its name to convey a broad scope of service, suggesting accessibility to clients nationwide. The firm's phone numbers, (844) 271-2200 and +1 844-271-2200, are toll-free, making it easy for prospective clients from any location to initiate contact. The provision of free consultations, as implied by the positive review where a tax attorney is referred to, is a common and effective promotional tool for tax relief firms, encouraging individuals to seek initial advice without financial commitment. The firm aims to attract individuals and small businesses overwhelmed by tax debt, promising resolution and a path forward. However, it is important for potential clients to consider the entirety of the feedback available. While the positive review emphasizes trust and effective action by specific individuals, the negative review underscores the critical importance of consistent and transparent communication, accurate financial guidance, and reliable follow-through from the firm as a whole. For local users searching for "Lawyers Near Me" for tax accounting and legal services, it is advisable to conduct thorough due diligence and potentially seek multiple consultations to ensure the firm's service delivery aligns with their specific needs and expectations. The firm's marketing would likely highlight its success stories and the expertise of its tax attorneys and professionals in navigating complex tax codes and negotiating with tax authorities.

Jun 01, 2023 · Francois GuayI contacted them about a year ago. They were great and very responsive. I was told they had reached an agreement. $20,000.00 payments of $270.00 a month and everything was done. I paid them their fee. I sent $300 a month to the it’s for 9 months then received an intent to seize my property I contacted them immediately. I was asked to submit a bunch of new information. Then they said they couldn’t read the documents. I sent them again. I waited and asked if they had received them. Finally got a response that said they had and nothing else. My home and job are on the line here and I know less than I did when I contacted them originally. Between what I paid them the payments and the payments I have made to the IRS I have lost over $10,000. I was told $20,000. Was what I needed pay. I am now being charged interest and penalties for the past year and the balance is higher than what it was when I contacted them. I am going to lose my home , my job, furniture and cars

Oct 04, 2017 · Maggie KidwellI started with NTR about 6 months ago was told fees would be 10,000 for them and had to pay 400 on the 10,000 a month then they told me they were wanting another 300 for taxes I owed to finalize them received letters from IRS that there’s been no contact and threatening to seize my property sent them the letters no response from my point of contact don’t do business with these people they put you in a worse position than you had when you start with them and because you hire them you can’t have contact with IRS due to NTR being tax attorneys
May 15, 2024 · William RubrechtJust be patient.... The team at NTR are very helpful, very responsive, and knowledgeable. Just know that anytime you deal with agencies, there is a timeline and a process. Tax attorneys cannot make a state department work any faster! I highly recommend this company. My experience was very good and successful.
