They know in detail how the legal system works, but also understand how personal each case is. Everyone, from legal assistants to receptionists to lawyers, listened to my needs and priorities. Then with their legal savvy, Jim and his team presented a concise course of action. What could have been a brutal process was alleviated by Jim's sharp, strategic insight. In the end, they settled my case, but had we gone to court? There is NO ONE else I would want fighting for my child and me.
