Jan 16, 2024 · Sam LeeI was is need of an attorney to handle an estate issue and had no where to turn. I left an on-line inquiry one evening and John Graffeo responded. We discussed the situation and the firm agreed to take the case. From the onset John was responsive to my emails and never got frustrated from my many questions. He explained everything step by step and he made sure that he gave his expert advice and opinion, but he left final decisions up to me. I really appreciated that, although I always deferred to his expertise. Novick and Associates were able to use their experience in this area to help me. They were knowledgeable, trustworthy and that was evidenced by the results of my case. I am thankful for Novick and Associates and especially, John. Donald Novick and his wonderful associates at his firm are truly magnificent experts at probate law. They know the probate world inside out and do a great job (especially in the all important deposition phase to get at the truth). If you are dealing with unscrupulous adversaries who are not living up to their duties - - you better get yourself proper representation or, you will regret it. I am not an attorney. I was not asked to write this for them. I am simply a person who has been fighting to defend my family and their rights and I am deeply grateful for their guidance and management of my family's affairs. Donald Novick and his team, (Michael Sullivan, Albert Messina, Kelly Garone and others) somehow are a special group. They actually do what they say they will. They "get it" and care. I've been around the block a few times in New York City. I've dealt with the biggest and the best of 'em, believe me.
