We had by far the worst closing I have ever experience in my entire career with Jessica L. Larson. The entire experience was actually deplorable, as when we walked in, Natalie at the front couldn’t be bothered to greet us and we had to go to the desk to get checked in. At the desk, we still didn’t get a hello and were coldly asked for our drivers licenses. We sat and waited for what was supposed to be an early closing with no one in the waiting room, just to be ignored until we finally asked when we should expect to be brought back for our closing as it was almost 30 minutes past our scheduled time. Ms. Larson comes out and says in an extremely irritated voice, come back. When we got to the closing room, no greeting, no apologies, just an air of extreme entitlement and a haughty attitude as papers were shoved at us without explanation. At one point Ms. Larson left the room for social hour in the hall and we were even further delayed. Some forms she flew in front of us she admitted to not knowing what they were for when we asked, as we signed away with no confidence whatsoever. When the miserable experience was finally done, Ms. Larson slammed her folder and dismissed us. One of the sellers was in tears by the time she got to her car. I am actually calling brokerages and advising to not use this firm and certainly not this attorney. Fees for this disgusting behavior are unwelcome and unwanted. Either there is a very low self esteem problem in this office or these two women are just mean.

From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free. I was in a hurry to get to the airport which Jessica accommodated flawlessly, even offering me refreshments. Jessica was incredibly thorough, answered all of my questions promptly, and made sure everything went off without a hitch. Logan the attorney rubbed me the wrong way and wouldn’t pay me at the closing table. Very unprofessional and ran me through hoops every chances. I will not be anymore business with an Okelly Location unless it’s with Dave, Sara & Jaylyn at the Conyers location. They are very professional and get the job done!!
