If I could give a zero star, I would!! Absolutely the worst human being I've had to deal with of course only after he has gotten his retainer from you. Once he has your money, he forgets who you are till it's time to continue a court date because it suits his lawyer buddies. I had Mr. O’Malley as my divorce lawyer. He didn’t turn in one piece of paperwork to the courts or even give me the proper steps I needed to take. To the point where I got a default noticed. I turned it in to him. He said he would handle it. I called for 2 months straight twice a week with no return phone call or appointment set. He miss represented me to the point where I got a default divorce decree. As if I didn’t have any representation and was never notified of my hearing. Now I am spending thousands of needless dollars trying to amend everything. Here’s how bad it is. I was married for 2 years and I got 5 years of alimony because nobody was present at my court hearing. Then he proceeded to scream in my fiancés face for asking a simple question to the point where he had spittle coming off ut of his mouth.
