Very prompt. I had to be out of office for a surgery right around the I-485 filing time. They understood that and worked with me in that situation such that I complete all the work from my side before I leave for my surgery. They were also very responsive to my emails. Highly recommend.

Very slow and irresponsive. Taking much longer time than expected to reply emails, address issues, or proceed the cases. They almost messed up my H1B application. They didn't actively track my PERM and GC applications. You always need to bombarding them emails to have your simple question answered or let your case move forward.

Very slow. I feel like they are not aware of the H1b processes. After sending message many times, they still do not reply. Most important, lawyer do not followup the case unless you call them and ask for the status. ***** Not recommended *****

Slow and steady... which is usually a well know euphemism but not something you want in a legal firm. I found they actually made things harder for our immigration due to delays in filing. By my math they probably increased our processing time by 25%.
