I fired my lender shortly after I was under contract and Lauren found the perfect lender for us to work with. She fought for seller to cover additional expenses that I was not expecting but she made it happen. I loved her professionalism and her personality. She is very successful in her job and outside her professional career making her such an admirable person! Her and the lender surprised us with a whopping beautiful check the day of closing. She is our to go to person for real estate purchases going forward. We wouldn’t trade her for the world. Her team and her are super responsive. My husband and I really appreciate this team! During those stressful times, I wanted to give up but Lauren Alexander was always there to talk, whether it be over the phone or communicated via email, she was there for me! As first time home buyers and a young couple she treated us with the up-most respect, and we were comfortable asking her any and all question that we had. My fiance and I both have never really dealt with attorneys or lawyers so we were a bit weary of having a real estate representative would help during the process, But Holy Cow, so very glad that we had her on our side! She and her assistant were so easy to get a hold of and very quick to respond.We had a very difficult closing and a tough seller to deal with, and she handled the difficult legal situations with ease and professionalism. It made us feel so comfortable during a super emotional time. Stress reliever! She was there every step of the way. I would absolutely recommend her to all of my family, friends and co-workers.
