The address provided is 744 P St Suite 130, Fresno, CA 93721, USA. This central location offers several practical aspects regarding accessibility for local users.

Situated on P Street, the office is positioned within a well-established commercial and administrative district of downtown Fresno. For those utilizing public transportation, downtown areas typically feature comprehensive bus routes, which can provide convenient access to the office from various parts of the city and its immediate surroundings. Clients who opt to drive to their appointments can usually find a combination of street parking and public parking structures in the vicinity. However, as with any bustling city center, it is often advisable to check for current parking availability and any applicable fees or restrictions before your visit to ensure a smooth arrival.

Such settings typically offer a structured and discreet environment suitable for discussing sensitive legal matters, including those pertaining to immigration. Being on the ground floor or an easily accessible suite can also be beneficial for clients with mobility considerations, ensuring a comfortable and less cumbersome visit.

The presence of an immigration attorney's office in a major Californian city like Fresno underscores a commitment to serving a diverse population with significant immigration needs. As an attorney specializing in immigration law, Peter Singh would typically offer a range of services designed to assist individuals and families with various aspects of U.S. immigration processes. • Family-Based Immigration: Assisting U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents in petitioning for their relatives to immigrate to the United States. • Employment-Based Immigration: Providing legal support for individuals seeking to immigrate to the U.S. based on employment. This can include navigating various work visa categories (e.g., H-1B, L-1, O-1) and preparing petitions for employment-based green cards.
  • Deportation Defense / Removal Proceedings: Representing individuals who are facing removal from the United States, helping them understand their rights, explore potential defenses, and pursue forms of relief from deportation.

It is important for prospective clients to directly contact Peter Singh's office to inquire about the specific services he provides and how they align with their individual immigration needs. The provided reviews suggest that clients engaged his services for complex immigration matters, highlighting the critical importance of clear communication and accurate document handling in these cases.

Based on the provided customer reviews, here are some features and highlights associated with Peter Singh's legal services, presented from both positive and critical perspectives:

  • Immigration Law Focus: The reviews indicate that Peter Singh's practice is primarily focused on immigration law, dealing with cases involving family immigration and potentially NVC (National Visa Center) processes. This specialization suggests a concentrated area of expertise.

However, the provided reviews also highlight significant concerns and potential shortcomings, which can be viewed as inverse features or areas where the practice might not meet client expectations:

  • Documentation Accuracy Concerns: A primary concern raised is regarding the accuracy of submitted forms, with a client explicitly stating, "Every form I looked over listed the wrong marriage date and birthday." This indicates a potential issue with attention to detail in critical client documentation.
  • Case Delays and Inefficiency: Clients report experiencing significant delays in their cases. One review states, "This attorney wasted almost a year on my case" and that incorrectly or incompletely submitted documents "resulted in a delaying our approval from the nvc." This suggests issues with efficient case management and proper submission protocols.
  • Communication and Blame: A client accused the attorney of "claiming that I was refusing to provide the necessary documents for my case," which implies a breakdown in communication or a tendency to place blame on the client rather than addressing internal process issues.
  • Lack of Progress and Client Disappointment: One review states that the attorney "never going with mi at court or help me in my case," and another mentions withdrawing their case due to lack of progress. This points to instances where clients felt their cases were not being adequately advanced or represented.
  • Staff Conduct Issues: Beyond the attorney's direct involvement, a client mentioned that "the office staff was sometimes rude and inconsiderate." This suggests a broader issue within the office environment regarding client service and professionalism.
  • Trust and Confidence Erosion: The negative reviews express strong sentiments of regret and distrust, with one client begging others to "go to someone else, please" and another stating "they only scammed me, they lied to me, they just made me waste time." Such strong negative feedback indicates a significant erosion of client confidence.

While the focus is on immigration law, potential clients should carefully consider these reported experiences regarding accuracy, efficiency, communication, and overall client service when evaluating Peter Singh's suitability for their legal needs. It is crucial to have a clear understanding of expectations and processes when dealing with sensitive immigration matters.

Based on the provided information, there are no specific promotions or special offers explicitly mentioned for Peter Singh's legal services. In the legal profession, especially for specialized areas like immigration law, attorneys typically do not advertise discounts or time-limited promotions in the same way retail or service businesses might. The value in legal representation is primarily derived from the attorney's expertise, experience, and the successful resolution of complex legal matters.

However, it is a common practice for legal professionals, including immigration attorneys, to offer an initial consultation. This first meeting or conversation serves as an opportunity for prospective clients to discuss their case, outline their legal needs, and understand the potential pathways or challenges involved. It also allows the attorney to assess the case's viability and determine if they are the right fit to provide representation. The terms of such consultations (whether they are free, paid, or require a retainer) are typically communicated directly by the law office.

Prospective clients are strongly encouraged to contact Peter Singh's office directly using the provided contact information to inquire about their consultation policies. This direct communication is essential for understanding how the attorney engages with new clients, what to expect during the initial assessment, and how fees for services are structured. Given the nature of some of the client feedback, clear communication regarding processes, timelines, and financial arrangements from the outset would be particularly important for any potential client.

While explicit "promotions" may not be a feature of this legal practice, the key offering for any legal service is the promise of competent and dedicated representation aimed at achieving a favorable outcome for the client. Potential clients should focus on understanding the attorney's approach to case management and client communication, as these factors are often more significant than any promotional pricing in the long run for immigration cases.

Having both options may provide flexibility for clients depending on their calling plans or preferred communication method.

When making contact, especially for a sensitive area like immigration law, it can be beneficial to have a brief outline of your specific immigration needs or questions prepared. This can help the office staff understand your situation and direct you appropriately, whether it's for scheduling a consultation or providing information about their services. Given the feedback about communication and attention to detail, potential clients may find it particularly valuable to note down any questions they have regarding case management, communication protocols, and billing transparency to discuss during their initial contact.

His office's central location at 744 P St Suite 130 in downtown Fresno offers practical accessibility, which is a definite advantage for individuals needing to attend appointments or deliver documents in person. Being in a professional building within a major city hub can provide a sense of established practice and ease of access via public transport or car, which is a positive for local convenience.

However, the client reviews provided offer a mixed and predominantly critical perspective on the suitability of this legal service. While the focus on immigration law is clear, the consistent concerns raised by multiple clients about accuracy in documentation (e.g., "wrong marriage date and birthday"), significant case delays ("wasted almost a year on my case," "delaying our approval from the NVC"), perceived lack of progress ("never going with mi at court or help me in my case"), and issues with communication and office staff ("accused me of sabotaging my case," "rude and inconsiderate") are serious points of consideration. Allegations of being "scammed" and charged a substantial amount ($3,620) without proof of work further highlight significant red flags regarding transparency and client trust.

In high-stakes legal matters such as immigration, accuracy, efficiency, clear communication, and client trust are paramount. The experiences described by these past clients suggest potential areas where the firm may not consistently meet these crucial standards. For Californians who need reliable, meticulous, and transparent legal assistance to navigate their immigration journey, these reported issues indicate that extreme caution and thorough due diligence are necessary.

Therefore, while the office location is convenient, prospective clients are strongly advised to meticulously research and consider these detailed client experiences before engaging Peter Singh's services. It is recommended to contact his office directly at (559) 256-9800 to address these concerns head-on, ask specific questions about case management, communication protocols, billing practices, and request references or specific examples of successful cases similar to their own, ensuring that they feel fully confident and comfortable with their chosen legal representation.

This attorney wasted almost a year on my case. He accused me of sabotaging my case by claiming that I was refusing to provide the necessary documents for my case. He submitted documents to the nvc that were in complete or weren't submitted correctly which resulted in a delaying our approval from the nvc. I ended up withdrawing my case from his office and proceeded on my own. In addition the office staff was sometimes rude and inconsiderate. Please avoid this office for any immigration cases. Thank you!

I am deeply disappointed by the legal services provided by him. They took my money and wast my time and my case. Lack of responsiveness, and careless were prevalent throughout. Find a lawyer who genuinely cares about your case not your moeny and upholds professional standards.
