He treated me with respect and went out of his way to make sure I felt heard. I was honestly scared and didn’t know much about what I was dealing with but Terry went above and beyond to make me feel like everything would be ok. And it was! Husband Review - Went through a nasty divorce/separation with my wife who falsely called the cops and took our 2 month old from his home in the middle of the night, never to return. Needless to say this was a messy situation. Without boring you with details, I called Petrelli law firm and was matched with Kecia Michel who from the first call gave me confidence and hope that I could win and that she was as passionate as I was to fight for my cause. I'm going to summarize the complexity of my case to this statement by the judge of our trial date: "In all of my years judging cases, I've never had a case involving a newborn." AND WE WON! It seems as though the system favors women and men are not given a fair shake. Know your rights guys! Or have someone who knows! Kecia Michel and Robert Sutherland did it for me and I'd recommend them any day of the week. Now I'd be remiss if I didn't mention costs. Every case is different but this legal stuff isn't cheap! You'll be paying a minimum of $5k and the longer your case goes it'll most likely multiply. I have no frame of reference for what other people charge but at the end of the day I was willing to spend any amount of money to get my child back and got the outcome I was looking for, so money well spent (if you have it). BUT IF YOU DONT, keep fighting! As men and fathers we have rights! The law is fairer than you may think, don't be discouraged and forfeit your rights, figure out how to navigate the system and get your fair share! I hope this helps someone
