The team responded well to my inquiries and Julie was not afraid to push back against opposing counsel's demands. The whole process took about a year, which seems to be pretty standard. My only criticism is that at times communication was slow and I felt that I had to ask for information, such as dates and times of future court dates, instead of that information proactively being shared with me.
