It was horrific They were not only rude, when I called to go over the HUD I believe it was Melissa Quinn, that said "oh my god" as if I was pestering her, I am her client, I pay her and I do not know how much I'm even walking with after all the subtractions. She could not even schedule a time to talk via email as I am abroad. Then they sold the house without my permission, they closed it in a days time not even asking if I was ok with the closing date. When you email all the monkeys in the office, they all have the same email so you don't even know who you are addressing, and their fee was $300 higher than they originally stated No congratulations on the sale of your house, and they didn't even pick up a small lien on the house, the buyer's attorney found that.
