I recently hired Attorney Raul J. Pinto for a traffic ticket matter, and I’m very happy with the outcome. He was honest from the start—he didn’t make unrealistic promises, but assured me he would try his best, and he absolutely did. He explained that the prosecutor at that court was tough and even told me it was okay to go on my own since it was my first offense and likely wouldn’t result in points. Still, I chose to hire him, and he was able to negotiate with the prosecutor and have ticket amended to a minimal offense. His professionalism, transparency, and integrity really stood out. Highly recommend.

I’m giving this attorney a 1 due to the lack of professionalism during the time that I needed services the most. I was dealing with a landlord/tenant matter and in the beginning everything was fine with the services Mr.Pinto provided however when it was close to my lease expiring I asked if Mr.Pinto can assist with a letter to notify management company I won’t be renewing lease and Mr. Pinto was unresponsive. I emailed and called several times and also left voicemail messages and Mr.Pinto did not ever contact me again. I found another attorney and she was able to assist with the letter in a timely manner and I sent it on time. This was very unprofessional and I actually was shocked by this because prior to that I had no issues with reaching Mr.Pinto and my phone calls and emails was being responded to in a decent amount of time. I do believe that this attorney should hire an assistant to help with responding to call/emails and any urgent/non urgent matters. I believe that this attorney should make it clear to clients on the services you provide if you didn’t want to do the letter don’t waste my time, I would have found another attorney sooner. I had to rush to find another attorney when I discussed my situation with Mr.Pinto and it was agreed that the letter would be completed and that never happened. I also always paid for my services. I won’t recommend this attorney.

Wow! Pinto Law Group PLLC was the right firm for the job. Raul Pinto Esq., did a PHENOMENAL JOB on my landlord/tenant dispute. I’m the TENANT. Raul did an amazing job putting my IGNORANT landlord/owner in his place and getting me $10,000 reimbursement. My landlord started an illegal construction site in my apartment making it inhabitable and then demanding and intimidating me to move out ASAP! Context: I live on the ground floor of a brand new Luxury Rental. Yes LUXURY, I had a 1BDR 2 FULL Baths over 1000sq ft with a walkin-closet, updated new appliances, + 10ft tall ceilings. I say brand new but the building is 3 yrs old. Well there was a sewer pipe that ran underneath the ground floor through my bedroom, walkin-closet across into my kitchen and living room. This sewer pipe is connected to the pluming piping system of the building. Somehow there was a leak in the sewer pipe that was causing sewage to leak through the shower of another tenants unit down the hall. It took them months to figure out the problem. Poor guy had sewage going through his sink and shower. DISGUSTING! To FIX the problem my landlord proposed getting into my apartment, drilling into the floor, and patching up the pipe. Legally I couldn’t deny access into my apartment. The problem is that my DUMB landlord is a trust fund baby and didn’t understand the extent of the construction job. He instructed his handyman to drill a 6ft Hole in my living room floor in order to expose the pipe, patch it up, refill the floor & redo the tiles. It was SUPPOSEDLY A 2 DAY JOB. EASY & SIMPLE as they communicated it to me! Well they drilled one 6ft hole in the wrong area, and then drilled a 2nd 6ft hole in another area inside my living room only to discover that they had to drill into my bedroom in order to fix the sewer pipe. They did not consider my personal belongings (furniture, electronics, cookware, aquariums, my clothes, bed etc) inside my apartment when they used a JACKHAMMER to drill into the floor causing all that Debris & rock to cover and damage all my personal belongings. I had to book an airbnb because all the concrete dust and debris made the apartment UNINHABITABLE!!!!!! It was hard to breathe. I had to book and spend over $740 for an airbnb for 4 nights to allow them more time to fix the problem. My landlord refused to cover my airbnb costs.My landlord called me the day I checked out if my airbnb demanding that I move out ASAP(2-5 days) so that he could drill into the entire apartment flooring. He was NOT WILLING TO PROVIDE ME WITH ANY COMPENSATION. I retained Raul Pinto’s law office and he filed a demand letter on my behalf. He negotiated the proper compensation on my behalf. I am now living in another apartment owned by the same landlord! free of charge! It’s a small studio but it works, it comes with a dish washer, washer and dryer. Raul obligated my landlord to hire/pay a moving company to move us to another one of his rental units in another building. Once my apartment is repaired, he has to move us back to our repaired apartment and cover the moving expense.Raul was great, and efficient! Only attorney who wanted to take my case, most attorneys who practice real estate law only represent the landlord. Raul represents both!
