If I could give zero stars I would for the aspect about how the staff treats paying customers. Erica is lazy and rude. The receptionist was awful as well. Some people should just not work in customer service. Lee law firm I would suggest you have a staff meeting before it is too late. Good luck!
For individuals in Dallas, Texas, searching for legal representation through platforms like "Lawyers Near Me," Reaves & Lee Attorneys at Law presents itself as a firm with both commendable strengths in legal counsel and areas that warrant consideration regarding client service interactions. This introduction aims to provide an objective overview based on the provided customer reviews.
The office of Reaves & Lee Attorneys at Law is located at 4228 N Central Expy Suite 340, Dallas, TX 75206, USA. This address places the firm within a professional complex along a major thoroughfare in Dallas, suggesting an accessible and standard office environment for a legal practice. While no specific details about the interior decor or amenities are available, one would typically expect a law office to maintain a professional, discreet, and functional space conducive to client consultations and legal work. The central location is a practical advantage for local clients seeking legal services.
The provided reviews offer contrasting perspectives on the firm's services and features. On one hand, there is a strong positive endorsement for "Mr. Lee," highlighting his legal acumen and client-focused approach. On the other, there is a critical review concerning the conduct of certain staff members. Since the specific practice areas of Reaves & Lee are not explicitly stated in the reviews, an objective overview must infer the general nature of their services based on the client experiences. The positive review, where Mr. Lee provided "advice that was selfless and helped me to get things started and going in the right direction" and "was able to help answer questions and didn’t ask nothing in return," suggests that the firm, or at least Mr. Lee, is involved in providing initial legal guidance, potentially in areas where individuals might seek general legal counsel or direction before fully committing to a case. This could span various fields such as general civil matters, preliminary business advice, or consumer law, where clients might seek basic understanding of a process.
A significant feature, as demonstrated by the positive review, is the knowledge and client-centric philosophy of "Mr. Lee." The client describes him as "extremely knowledgeable and someone who is all about the client." This suggests an attorney who prioritizes understanding the client's needs, providing clear and helpful advice, and guiding them through legal processes effectively. The phrase "To him it’s all about making sure the client is well taken care of" indicates a strong commitment to client welfare and satisfaction, even going so far as to provide selfless advice without immediate expectation of monetary return. This type of dedication can build significant trust and loyalty, which is a valuable asset for any law firm. The client's strong recommendation, "Great lawyer. Definitely Recommend," further solidifies this positive perception of Mr. Lee's legal and interpersonal skills.
However, the firm also faces critical feedback regarding its staff. The negative review explicitly states, "If I could give zero stars I would for the aspect about how the staff treats paying customers. Erica is lazy and rude. The receptionist was awful as well. Some people should just not work in customer service." This feedback points to a significant concern regarding customer service and administrative support within the firm. In any service-oriented profession, especially law, the interactions with staff members, from the receptionist to paralegals, are crucial to the overall client experience. Poor staff demeanor or inefficiency can severely undermine the positive impact of even the most skilled attorneys. This review suggests that the firm might benefit from an internal review of its customer service protocols and staff training to ensure a consistent and positive experience for all clients. It highlights the importance of every point of contact in a client's journey with a legal firm.
For promotional purposes, the contrasting reviews present a mixed picture. The firm can leverage the highly positive testimonial about "Mr. Lee" to attract clients who value knowledgeable, selfless, and client-focused legal advice. Emphasizing Mr. Lee's expertise and dedication could be a key component of their marketing strategy on "Lawyers Near Me." This positive feedback could be particularly effective for clients who are in the early stages of seeking legal counsel and need foundational guidance and support without immediate financial pressure.
However, the firm also needs to address the concerns raised about staff conduct. While not explicitly promotional, acknowledging and working to improve areas of client interaction, as suggested by the critical review, could turn a potential weakness into a strength. For a firm operating in a competitive environment like "Lawyers Near Me," consistent positive client experiences across all touchpoints are vital for long-term success and reputation. Marketing efforts should strive to convey a cohesive message of professionalism and care that extends from the attorneys to the entire support team.
In conclusion, Reaves & Lee Attorneys at Law, situated in Dallas, offers legal services with distinct attributes. While "Mr. Lee" is highly praised for his knowledge, selflessness, and dedication to client well-being, the firm's overall client experience appears to be impacted by reported issues with staff conduct. For local users searching "Lawyers Near Me," this firm presents a scenario where the quality of legal advice from a specific attorney is exceptional, but potential clients should be prepared to assess the overall administrative support. The firm has a clear opportunity to enhance its client service experience by focusing on staff training and customer relations, ensuring that every interaction reflects the high standards set by its attorneys.

Apr 27, 2025 · Beth AnneMr. Lee is extremely knowledgeable and someone who is all about the client. To him it’s all about making sure the client is well taken care of in the short time I was able to know him he was very helpful and gave me advice that was selfless and helped me to get things started and going in the right direction. He was able to help answer questions and didn’t ask nothing in return. He just wanted to make sure I was understanding of the process. Great lawyer. Definitely Recommend.
Nov 30, 2022 · Simon CordovaI appreciate the time, encouragement, and respect that Mr. Ramirez gave me during our initial consultation. Bankruptcy is a hard decision and it helps tremendously to have compassionate and encouraging people walking through it with you.
Jan 19, 2024 · Page BratcherI was impressed with how much time the staff took to understand our situation and put us at ease about filing. The staff was very courteous and eager to help. We were told how the process works, what to expect, and reassured us that it was not the end of the world for us. In the end, I would have to say I highly recommend Lee Law Firm to anyone facing bankruptcy. Its nice to know the professionals are in charge and will handle everything for you. It has been a great experience working with this firm.
Jan 01, 2015 · Will DavisI do NOT recommend working with this attorneys office. Me and my wife have had nothing but trouble since retaining Mr. Lee's office to help us with a Bankruptcy case. Calls and emails go completely unreturned. Deadlines come and go from the court with no response from our "Attorney" at all. When we finally have been able to speak to someone from the office, they accept no responsibility, and have blamed me and my wife for their blatant mistakes. When I have tried to call in I have gotten nothing but attitude from the personnel. They are more than happy to take your money, but once they do, that is it. Me and my wife are now in a much worse position that we were before retaining the Lee Law Firm. If I had to do it over again I would stay far away from this practice. Complete waste of time and money.
