When searching for "Lawyers Near Me" specializing in this area, RecordGone - Expungement Law Firm, located at 40 N Central Ave in Phoenix, Arizona, presents itself as a dedicated legal service provider. The available reviews offer contrasting perspectives on their services, highlighting both positive initial interactions and subsequent concerns regarding follow-through and results.
Situated in a central location at 40 N Central Ave in Phoenix, the office of RecordGone - Expungement Law Firm is likely accessible to individuals throughout the metropolitan area. Being located within a commercial building suggests a professional environment. However, specific details about the office ambiance are not provided in the reviews, with the focus instead being on the interactions with their legal professionals and the outcomes of their services.
The core service offered by RecordGone - Expungement Law Firm is assistance with expunging criminal records and setting aside convictions. This specialized area of law helps individuals who have past criminal charges or convictions to have those records sealed or legally set aside, subject to eligibility requirements under Arizona law. The firm positions itself as an expert in navigating the complexities of this process.
One of the features highlighted in a positive review is the firm's initial client interaction, specifically with an individual named James. This reviewer, a first-time caller seeking information about a misdemeanor case from 2015 that was ultimately dismissed, praised James for his insightful guidance and clear explanations. The reviewer appreciated James's ability to explain legal concepts in a simple and straightforward manner, contrasting it with the often confusing "lingo" used by other legal professionals. Notably, even when informing the caller that their fingerprint card might not clear, James provided helpful tips on how to address potential employer inquiries, demonstrating a compassionate and supportive approach beyond the immediate legal question. The reviewer also mentioned James walking them through the firm's website, indicating a commitment to providing comprehensive information and resources.
This positive initial interaction suggests that RecordGone - Expungement Law Firm, at least in some instances, offers a client-focused approach with an emphasis on clear communication and providing valuable guidance, even in preliminary stages. The compassion and warmth noted by the reviewer indicate a customer service orientation that aims to make clients feel comfortable and informed.
However, a contrasting review presents a less positive experience. This client reported paying $200 for the firm to determine the necessary steps to set aside their background. According to this review, after over three months, the firm had not produced any results, and the client felt they had been left to do all the "footwork" themselves. Furthermore, the client stated that their calls were not returned, leading to a feeling of wasted money and a lack of recommendation for the company. This review raises concerns about the firm's follow-through, communication, and ability to deliver timely results for all clients.
Considering these two contrasting experiences, it is important for potential clients to weigh both perspectives. The positive review highlights the potential for insightful initial consultations and clear guidance, while the negative review raises concerns about the firm's efficiency, communication after initial engagement, and the delivery of promised services. It is possible that client experiences may vary depending on the specifics of their case and the individual handling it.
As promotional information, the positive review emphasizes the firm's ability to provide clear and understandable legal advice, coupled with a compassionate approach. The mention of James providing insights and practical tips beyond the immediate legal issue suggests a commitment to client education and support. However, the negative review serves as a cautionary note, indicating potential issues with the firm's post-engagement service and the timely achievement of results.
In conclusion, RecordGone - Expungement Law Firm in Phoenix offers services related to expunging criminal records and setting aside convictions. While one client reported a positive initial experience with clear communication and helpful guidance, another client expressed significant dissatisfaction with the lack of progress, poor communication, and perceived waste of funds. Potential clients should consider these contrasting experiences when evaluating whether to engage the services of RecordGone - Expungement Law Firm. It may be beneficial to inquire specifically about the firm's process, timelines, and communication protocols before committing to their services. Contacting them at (602) 490-0725 or +1 602-490-0725 for a detailed consultation about your specific situation is advisable to form a comprehensive understanding of how they might be able to assist you with your expungement or set aside conviction needs in the Phoenix area.

Jan 22, 2020 · Sabrina MuhmdSo far not so good. I paid $200 for them to figure out what I need to do to get my background set aside. So far I've still had to do all the footwork and they still haven't produced any results. It's been over 3 months and they never returned my calls. I feel like I wasted my money. I don't recommend this company.
