On day one, I spoke with an intake representative. This gentleman was very kind and polite. Unfortunately, I do not remember his name, but kudos to him. This young man transferred me to Jamie. Jamie was professional and empathetic. She was swift in all things concerning my case. We communicated through text messaging. If I called her, I received an immediate response. If I have a question or concern and she does not have the answer, she will set me up with an appointment to speak to my attorney. My attorney, Mr. Brody Reid, was exceptional! His dedication to making sure I understood my case was genuine. He was concise in the process of informing me of my options. Mr. Reid explored every avenue during the investigation process to help my case become successful. I understand why my experience with the unnamed intake rep., Jamie the attorney's assistant was such an amazing experience. It is because of the leadership. My case was challenging. Reid Goodwin was recommended to me by a random attorney. Brad Goodwin was my attorney. He was polite, patient, and extremely respectful. If I had a question he took his time to explain the answer. His paralegal Darcy, was very efficient, patient, and thorough. They both made me feel safe and like I had a voice. They really listened to me. Brad and company took my case and we won. I got my medical bills paid and got the money I had lost while still working. it was fair and honest. they did a really good job and hope I never have to go through it again, but if I do it will be Reid-Goodwin I will be calling. thanks so much for your help!!! stan
