For individuals and businesses in the New York area seeking legal protection and guidance for their intellectual property, the "Lawyers Near Me" platform offers a directory of attorneys specializing in this complex field. Today, we introduce Robert L. Greener - Trademark, Copyright, Licensing Attorney, whose office is located at 136 Madison Ave 5th Floor, New York, NY 10016, USA. Mr. Greener explicitly identifies his practice areas as trademark, copyright, and licensing law, indicating a focus on the key aspects of intellectual property protection and commercialization.
Located on Madison Avenue in New York City, Mr. Greener's office is situated in a well-known commercial area. This location may offer accessibility for clients within Manhattan and potentially the wider New York metropolitan region seeking legal counsel in intellectual property matters. The environment of a 5th-floor office in this area typically suggests a professional setting for legal consultations and work.
Based on his stated specialization, Robert L. Greener offers services related to the core areas of intellectual property law:
One client review available online praises Robert L. Greener's "extensive knowledge of trademark law," highlighting its crucial role in helping them protect their brand and offering tactical advice to enhance market recognition. This positive review also mentions his "proactive attitude and meticulous attention to detail," which reportedly made the entire process run smoothly. This suggests that, at least in some instances, Mr. Greener provides knowledgeable and diligent service in trademark matters.
However, it is crucial to present a balanced and objective view based on all available information. Another, significantly more critical review paints a starkly different picture. This review alleges issues such as a lack of timely follow-up, the need for the client to constantly chase Mr. Greener to meet deadlines, a failure to review provided documents, a lack of legal knowledge, and extremely delayed or absent responses. The reviewer further accuses Mr. Greener of demanding payment via Zelle and then failing to provide adequate services, labeling him a "total fraud" and a "liar." This review also criticizes the grammar in letters sent on the client's behalf and suggests that positive reviews may be fraudulent. This strongly negative feedback raises serious concerns about the potential quality and reliability of Mr. Greener's services.
Given the conflicting nature of these reviews, it is challenging to definitively characterize the features of Robert L. Greener's practice objectively. However, based on the available feedback, potential features that local users might consider include:
In terms of promotional information, the very listing of his specialization as "Trademark, Copyright, Licensing Attorney" serves as a direct promotion of his services in these areas of intellectual property law. The positive review, if genuine and representative of typical client experiences, could also be considered promotional, highlighting his knowledge and proactive approach. However, the serious allegations in the negative review severely undermine any positive promotional implications and serve as a significant warning to potential clients.
Given the significant discrepancy in the available client feedback, it is impossible to provide a straightforward and uniformly positive introduction to Robert L. Greener. Local users considering his services should be aware of both the positive and highly negative experiences reported online. It is strongly recommended that potential clients conduct thorough due diligence, which may include seeking additional reviews from other sources, verifying his professional standing with relevant bar associations, and potentially requesting references from past clients before engaging his services. Contacting his office directly at (646) 415-8920 or +1 646-415-8920 for an initial consultation could provide an opportunity to assess his communication style and approach firsthand, but this should be done with careful consideration of the serious allegations raised in the negative review.
In conclusion, Robert L. Greener - Trademark, Copyright, Licensing Attorney, located on Madison Avenue in New York City, specializes in intellectual property law. While one client review praises his trademark expertise and proactive approach, another review contains very serious allegations of unprofessional conduct, lack of competence, and potentially fraudulent behavior. Local users should exercise extreme caution and conduct thorough independent research before considering engaging his services. The conflicting information available online necessitates a careful and informed decision-making process.

Nov 26, 2024 · Christopher JohnsonTakes your money and disappears. No timely follow up, have to chase him to meet deadlines, doesn’t look at any of the documents he asks for, doesn’t know the law, takes forever to respond if ever he deigns to. A million excuses why he isn’t available, holds on to your money he asks for to be paid via Zelle so he can keep the money and run his scam. Avoid at all costs. HUGE MISTAKE. This guy is a total fraud. A liar, to top it all off and talks down to you. Has poor grammar in the letters he sends on your behalf…. Awful. All these good reviews are fraudulent.
Jul 16, 2024 · Anna Elizabeth IA horrible attorney/client experience with attorney Robert L Greener for transactional work in general business. I just want to be candid and forthright with my rating of 1 star. The minute Mr. Greener was retained, he became a whole different person and completely unresponsive. To an extent where your initial faith in him (he is persuasive during consultation), goes quickly down the drain after you realize who this crook really is! You Have Been Forewarned!
Jun 19, 2015 · divineinnerself _I have referred several matters to Mr. Greener. He has handled all of them professionally and with the highest quality representation. He is truly a "lawyer's lawyer" and able to handle a wide variety of legal matters. But his strength is litigation and guiding clients through difficult Court cases. I will use Mr. Greener whenever I need a top-notch litigator.
Nov 18, 2019 · Matthew SakkasNoah Construction & Builders Inc have been clients of Robert Greener over a period of time, he is the Guru of construction law and contracts. I would highly advise any contractor to retain Mr. Greener with any and all litigation involving construction relations with clients before things get out of hand. What I appreciate most about Mr. Greener is he is all about his client and waste no time getting to the core of the problem.
