As an immigration lawyer myself for 28 years, I retained Ronald Mondello, Esq. for a case of a family member involving his specialty; removal or deportation orders based upon criminal convictions, or “Crimmigration Law”. This one involved a conviction for possession of Marijuana, which rendered the client removable. Ronald Mondello and his staff did an excellent job, getting the conviction and the plea vacated! I know of no other attorney in NY or NY who is more knowledgeable and effective with regard to getting such matters vacated, and I recommend him in the highest possible terms!

He has gotten 4 cases dismissed for me personally, cases where a lesser lawyer would have accepted plea deals even though I was innocent, cases which would have gotten me jail time if I had tackled them by myself. well worth the money.
