I have nothing but good things To say about this firm and their staff. Cathy Wetzel, Shari, Rick Barone, Chase Nielsen, and Christel Schoenfelder all have gone above and beyond in representing me and fighting for the well being of myself and my family. It’s has been a hard journey thus far but RKM has been there for me every step of the way. All of my questions and concerns are always met with compassion and kindness.

Dec 02, 2024 · Mr. MarcusIf I Could Give Zero Stars, I Would – Unprofessional and Disrespectful Experience My experience with Rose, Klein & Marias LLP on October 9, 2024, was deeply disappointing and frustrating. A close friend of mine urgently needed legal representation for a Workers’ Compensation claim, and this firm came highly recommended. We specifically requested an appointment with Attorney Christel Choenfelder, and after coordinating with her clerk, Elizabeth, we rearranged our schedules to make the meeting. My friend’s wife even took time off work to attend. However, just 20 minutes before the appointment, we received a call informing us that we would not be meeting with the attorney we had requested, but instead with Attorney Annie L. Gordon, a recent law school graduate. While it was true that we overlooked the email sent by the firm notifying us of the change, the firm’s last-minute phone call was unacceptable. For a law firm to call and inform us of such a critical change moments before the appointment shows a severe lack of professionalism and respect for the client’s time. To add insult to injury, the firm acted as if it was our fault for missing the email, even though we had clearly communicated who we wished to meet with from the start. When we arrived, Attorney Gordon greeted us in the waiting room wearing faded jeans and a casual shirt—attire that was far from appropriate for a professional setting. I introduced myself as a close friend and advocate for the client, but despite my friend’s wife insisting that I attend the meeting, Attorney Gordon refused my presence. Her overall attitude was dismissive and uncaring, and there was no acknowledgment of the inconvenience we had gone through to accommodate the appointment. Even after explaining that we had called the office earlier in the day and had been assured the case could be transferred to Attorney Choenfelder after the meeting, Attorney Gordon coldly informed us that we would have to reschedule if we wanted to see the attorney we originally requested. This came after my friend’s wife had already taken time off from work—a fact that did not seem to concern her at all. If I could give this firm zero stars, I absolutely would. The beautiful office building may give the impression of professionalism, but don’t be fooled. The way they handled our appointment, treated the client, and dismissed our concerns was shockingly unprofessional. Fortunately, we have since found far more reputable representation with attorneys who genuinely care about their clients. Save yourself the frustration, and avoid Rose, Klein & Marias LLP. You deserve better representation than what this firm offers.
Oct 11, 2024 · Cesar Jimenez Jr.No communication what's so ever , never told me my assigned attorney quit found out the day of a court date then they just kept telling me they were reviewing to see what attorney would be assigned to me and I kept calling for questions and I was always sent to voicemail but never received a call back then they dropped my case through email. Not happy with their services
Aug 05, 2024 · Roseana MaciasWould not recommend them. They have mishandled my case from the get go. I hired them to correct my weekly td rate and after almost a year they had made no progress. They delayed me getting authorization to get treatment for months. Worst of all they are very rude. If you come across Christel Schoenfelder run she will not do anything to get your case resolved. I fired her exactly 3 weeks ago and by working with the workers comp insurance myself I have corrected all the concerns they have been working on for months. I am so disappointed in them and would give them no stars if I could. Find someone else you can trust.
Aug 31, 2023 · Daniel CarrilloI highly discourage anyone from using the legal services of Rose, Klein and Marias. During a yearlong case they sent me to the wrong doctor multiple times; I had to follow up with the office at every step to move my case along or they would ignore it indefinitely; it took multiple emails and phone calls from me to get a response from anyone at the office and when they did respond they were uninformed, confused, and often rude. When, exasperated with not receiving care for my injury, I finally told my attorney to simply settle the case, he recommended that I ask for a ridiculously low amount. The only thing my attorney was passionate about was securing the highest rate of compensation for himself once it was all over, and he aggressively threatened to drop my case completely - at the eleventh hour - if I did not agree to the highest fee. Wow. Incompetent, unprofessional, and generally a huge hassle.
