I am greatly satisfied with the work they have done for us. Very integral, very diligent, very compassionate and involved as though it was there family member. They went above and beyond for my family and even felt empathy with us about the neglect done to our family member which led to their death. Our case got settled within about 17 months (year and 5 months). I think it was very good timing considering that normally this type of case can take longer depending on circumstance. This law firm is a trustworthy and integral. They know what they are doing. Know the laws and the loopholes in the law to get their clients the best results. They didn’t hesitate to do everything they could. Special S/O to Geoff Sabins, our personal attorney on our case

  • Areas of Concern - Communication and Responsiveness: A significant highlight of concern is the firm's communication and responsiveness. One detailed negative review criticizes the firm for failing to send a promised contract, not returning multiple phone calls, and lacking prompt follow-up. This suggests inconsistent client communication, which can lead to significant frustration and loss of trust, especially in sensitive legal situations.
  • Areas of Concern - Initial Client Engagement: The negative review highlights issues with the initial intake process, where a potential client felt their time was "wasted" and that promises (like sending a contract) were not kept. Promotions or Special Offers

Based on the provided information, there are no specific promotions or special offers explicitly listed for Rosenberg, Eisenberg, & Shactman. In the realm of personal injury and medical malpractice law, it is very common for firms to operate on a contingency fee basis. This means that the client typically does not pay attorney fees upfront; instead, the legal fees are a percentage of the final settlement or court award. This model is often considered a "special offer" in itself for clients, as it removes the financial barrier to accessing justice for those who have suffered injuries or losses.

Additionally, most personal injury and medical malpractice law firms offer a free initial consultation. This is a standard practice that allows prospective clients to:

  • Discuss the specifics of their injury or malpractice case without cost.
  • Receive a preliminary assessment of their claim's viability.
  • Understand the potential legal pathways and options available to them.
  • Learn about the firm's experience in similar cases and their approach to representation.

Given the type of cases Rosenberg, Eisenberg, & Shactman handles, it is highly probable that they offer free initial consultations to assess new cases. It is always recommended for interested individuals to contact the firm directly using their provided phone number. By doing so, prospective clients can inquire about their fee structure, their consultation process, and any other relevant financial arrangements, ensuring full transparency before engaging their services.

Ultimately, the firm's strategic location in Arlington Heights ensures easy access for locals in the Northwest Suburbs. What are with attorneys today? Are they all absolute morons? I wasted an hour of my day talking to a female attorney for this law firm. I went into exact detail. Everything about the case. The lawyer told me this is something they would be interested in. She told me she would send me over a contract that evening. This was on Thursday of last week. Guess what no contract was sent. I called back on Friday to speak with an attorney. They told me they would get somebody to call me back within the hour again. No one called me back fast-forward to today, Monday. call again speak with receptionist tell me my attorney Mr. mcool would call me within an hour, maybe two. It is now the end of the day on Monday. Nobody called me you I called at 11:30 in the afternoon. I’m supposed to trust these people with a complex mal-practice case when they can’t even return phone calls Or send out simple emails with the most important paper of the lawsuit the contract between me and the attorney. No thank you I will be moving onto the next Attorney in my list

I have only started my journey with Michael and his firm, but I am confident that my case will be handled wonderfully. When he came to pick up the paperwork, Micheal took the time to actually speak to me and make me feel listened to. It is a difficult journey, Michael and his team have complete trust and faith. Thank you.
