Apr 03, 2025 路 S BondsI used RS Johnson Legal P. C. for a closing on my personal property (seller's choice) that I was purchasing with my mom. After the closing the company sent out a check because we overpaid at closing. Once we deposited the overage in our bank account, RS Johnson called and stated that we deposited the check "with the wrong date". However, that was the only check they sent. RS Johnson Legal then proceeded to contact the bank and refuse to fund the money. So to sum things up, they sent a check for the overage paid, then refused to honor the check . I do not recommend this company or the experience they provide for myself, my family, or any of my clients. Please run while you can, and do not be defrauded by this company. I would give 0 stars if I could.

However, the RS Johnson Legal team made the process seamless and quick. My closing was completed in 45 minutes! My wife and I are very pleased with their awesome work!
Nov 14, 2024 路 Ronald DorseySought out this attorney for a legal dispute over a property that I am dealing with and essentially have ended up having to find a new attorney. First, his area of expertise is obviously estate planning and closings. He is not an experienced litigation attorney. He didn鈥檛 even know which county the complaint needed to be filed in. Secondly, I know there are some rich folks out there but most of us make an honest living working a traditional 9-5. I was made to feel like I was the only person he has ever represented that needed to make payment arrangements. He implied all his other clients pay in full lol. Thirdly, he has gotten over $5,000 from me to do pretty much nothing but send emails. Ultimately, after paying him all this money he chooses to be removed from my case because I asked for additional time to make a final payment. I in return asked him for a refund he proceeds to say that I need to limit the amount of emails I am sending him because he is billing me for each one and my refund that I am due may be depleted leaving me to owe him money. I keep forgetting we live in a society that is driven by the dollar. Professionalism, decent humanity, and care are simply far, few, and in between. He may be great with closings, but BEWARE of his services for anything else!!
