David and this firm literally saved my wife's life. She had the wrong disc taken out of her back and was bedridden and the pain was so bad, that she was literally dying. Sacks and Sacks won our case and after 16 years of surgeries and hard work, Brenda went back to work last month. She teaches children with Autism and I have returned to work as an International Fire Inspector with Marriott International. Thank you, may God bless your team.

Features / Highlights
While Sacks & Sacks focuses on providing exceptional legal representation and securing the best possible outcomes for their clients, specific public promotions or special offers are not widely advertised through general public data. However, it is a standard practice within the personal injury legal field in New York City, and indeed across the nation, for firms like Sacks & Sacks to operate on a contingency fee basis.
What does this mean for New Yorkers? A contingency fee arrangement means that you typically do not pay any attorney fees upfront. Instead, the firm’s fee is contingent upon the successful resolution of your case – meaning they only get paid if they win your case, either through a settlement or a verdict. Their fee is then a pre-agreed percentage of the compensation you receive. This model is incredibly beneficial for accident victims, as it removes the financial barrier to accessing expert legal representation, especially when facing mounting medical bills and lost wages.
Furthermore, many personal injury law firms, including reputable ones like Sacks & Sacks, often offer free initial consultations. This allows potential clients to discuss their case with an experienced attorney, receive an initial assessment of their legal options, and understand the potential value of their claim, all without any obligation or cost. This is an invaluable opportunity for New Yorkers who have suffered an injury to gain clarity and peace of mind during a challenging time.
For the most accurate and current information regarding their fee structure, a free consultation, or any potential arrangements for specific circumstances, New Yorkers are highly encouraged to directly contact Sacks & Sacks using the provided contact information. This direct communication ensures you receive personalized information tailored to your unique situation.

Oct 27, 2020 · Brian DwoskinI called to ask a question the receptionist pick up the phone as soon as she answer she was very rude I asked her name and she repeatedly said that she’s the receptionist and I said I understand that your the reception but I would like to know your name and she became more aggressive and I said to her that she’s very unprofessional and I would not recommend anyone to them. Because if this is how the receptionist treats you imagine when you become their client. I feel in my opinion since I work as a secretary she need to be re trained.
