This firm had represented me in the past for an EEOC violation, and while at best the resolution was mediocre, I opted to enlist their aid a second time seeking better results. After several attempts and messages being left, I was finally contacted by one of the attorneys. After a brief discussion of my case, I was told to call and come in on a Sunday since that was the only feasible time which is both highly unlikely and highly unprofessional. However that Sunday, December 8th. On that day I did call and received no answer. Since then I have called numerous times and left numerous messages yet to no avail. My charges are valid since they have been filed with a Federal agency yet I can only assume that they are not important enough to warrant a call back from this Law Firm. Best regards.

When considering legal representation, it is essential to gather comprehensive information about a firm's services, environment, and client experiences. While specific details about the internal environment and day-to-day operations of Saffren and Weinberg are not publicly available online, their physical address in Jenkintown suggests a local presence catering to the legal needs of the community in that region of Pennsylvania.
Based on the limited information available, including the firm's name and location, it is reasonable to infer that Saffren and Weinberg likely provides legal services to clients in the vicinity of Jenkintown. However, the precise areas of law they specialize in require further investigation or direct contact with the firm. Typically, law firms in such locations offer services related to common legal needs within their community, which might include areas such as personal injury, estate planning, real estate law, or business law. Without explicit information from the firm's website or other online sources, it is difficult to definitively state their specific practice areas.
It is crucial for prospective clients to conduct thorough due diligence when selecting legal representation. This often involves researching the firm's website, if available, reading online reviews, and potentially contacting the firm for a consultation to discuss their specific legal needs and the firm's expertise in those areas. This process allows individuals to make informed decisions based on the firm's stated services and the experiences of previous clients.
The provided reviews from individuals who have interacted with Saffren and Weinberg offer direct insights into their experiences. One reviewer recounts a previous experience with an EEOC violation case handled by the firm, describing the resolution as "mediocre." This same reviewer details a subsequent attempt to engage the firm for a new case, citing difficulties in communication, being asked to come in on a Sunday (which was perceived as unprofessional), and ultimately receiving no response after multiple calls and messages. This lack of follow-up raises concerns about the firm's responsiveness and client communication practices, at least in this particular instance.
Another review presents a significantly negative experience, alleging that the firm took on the case, involved the client in medical evaluations, and then, shortly before the statute of limitations expired, informed the client that they would not be moving forward. The reviewer expresses frustration that the departure of the assigned lawyer and the subsequent lack of reassignment left them with insufficient time to find new representation, potentially jeopardizing their legal opportunity. The reviewer explicitly advises others to "stay clear of this law firm and the lawyer Robert Manzel." This feedback highlights serious concerns about case management, continuity of representation, and the potential impact on clients' legal rights.
These reviews, while representing individual experiences, should be carefully considered by potential clients. They suggest potential challenges in areas such as client communication, case handling, and continuity of service. It is important to note that these are subjective accounts, and other clients may have had different experiences with the firm. However, this feedback warrants careful consideration and further inquiry by anyone considering retaining Saffren and Weinberg for legal representation.
Given the direct feedback from these reviewers, any promotional information typically associated with a law firm (such as free consultations or specific areas of success) should be weighed against these reported experiences. While the firm may indeed offer certain services or have a history of successful cases, the recent client feedback raises pertinent questions about their current service delivery and client management practices.
For local users in Jenkintown or the surrounding areas searching for "Lawyers Near Me," Saffren and Weinberg is a geographically relevant option. However, the available reviews suggest the importance of proceeding with caution and conducting thorough due diligence. Potential clients should consider contacting the firm directly to discuss their specific legal needs, inquire about their areas of expertise, and address the concerns raised in the provided feedback. Asking about their client communication protocols, case management procedures, and attorney availability would be prudent steps.
In conclusion, Saffren and Weinberg is a law firm located in Jenkintown, PA, accessible to local users seeking legal representation. While their specific services are not detailed in the provided information, the included client reviews offer direct, albeit critical, feedback regarding communication and case handling. Prospective clients should carefully consider this feedback and conduct their own thorough investigation before deciding to retain the services of Saffren and Weinberg. Contacting the firm directly at (215) 576-0100 for more information and to discuss your legal needs is a recommended step in making an informed decision.

Jan 09, 2025 · Brian BerardineExcellent legal law firm. All contacts very professional and in depth, plus a very congenial attitude. If you need a hard working law firm that can overcome most if not all obstacles to winning your law case, chose this one..
Jan 13, 2025 · Rose MI’ve been a client since June. I have heard from Ken once. Which was in July via phone call and only because my physical therapist called him first and mentioned the lack of communication. During that call I was given his cell phone number to contact him and told to text only, if needed. I have questions about my case, I text him 3 times no answer or reply. I requested via phone call to his office several times a copy of the documents I signed. No answer. I get a voicemail when I call the office and the receptionist transfers me, a voicemail when I call the cell phone and text messages are unanswered since September 14th. At this point I want my file and need to move on. I’ll take a day off in the next two weeks to stop by their office. This is insane.
