Apr 14, 2025 路 Taylor FentonI am not happy with the representation my sister received. She paid Chris Fisher $2000 to represent her ex husband. Honestly, payment should not have been accepted from her, seeing as they are in court over a domestic and are to have no contact. She hired/payed Mr. Fisher on Friday 3/21 in the evening. BEFORE any work had been done on this case, She text Mr. Fisher 12 hours later on Saturday morning 3/22 that she wanted to cancel their contract, receive a refund and refuse his services. (Text was their primary point of contact) She no longer wanted to obtain an attorney to represent her ex husband. She went to court on Tuesday 3/25, the DA had no knowledge of Mr. Fisher being present on this case as her ex husband was represented by a public defender and was offered a deal, without Mr. Fisher having any knowledge of this deal. She was under the impression that she had cancelled Mr. Chris Fisher鈥檚 services only 12 hours after first obtaining him. She did sign a contract stating they charged $225/hour, but absolutely nothing was done on this case by Mr. Fisher and now they are refusing to give her any type of refund. Is that how you make your money by falsely representing someone? I understand she signed a contract, but you did absolutely nothing. Is there not a 24 hour clause in your contract to allow someone to cancel? This woman is battered and unwell, and she鈥檚 trying to break the cycle of domestic abuse, and your benefitting off her by taking advantage of the situation and collecting a huge payment for doing absolutely NOTHING ? Shame on you Chris and your law firm! I would not recommend this law firm to anyone.
