In the realm of legal services, promotional offers or discounts are structured differently than in other industries. Schoenleber & Waltermire, including Mary M. Waltermire, maintains a transparent and client-friendly approach to their fee structure. An initial consultation with an attorney at the firm is typically priced at $200.00, which covers up to one hour of dedicated discussion about your case. This consultation is a crucial first step, allowing potential clients to outline their immigration situation, receive preliminary advice, and understand the potential legal avenues available to them.

During this initial meeting, the attorney can usually provide an estimate of the fees and costs required for continued representation. For many immigration services, Schoenleber & Waltermire often utilizes a "contract" or fixed-price model, providing clarity on the total legal fees upfront. This approach helps clients budget effectively and avoids the uncertainties of hourly billing for standard procedures. However, for more specialized or complex matters, such as expert witness testimony, criminal defense consultations with an immigration impact, or preliminary investigations and I-9 audits, cases may be handled on a "charge-by-the-hour" basis. Clients are encouraged to discuss all fee arrangements thoroughly during their initial consultation to ensure a complete understanding of the financial aspects of their legal journey.

If you are located in California and require expert legal assistance with immigration matters, Mary M. Waltermire and the team at Schoenleber & Waltermire are ready to provide their professional and compassionate support.
