He had a confession, a witness, and video and his whole fight was to not fight. Didn't say a word in anyway to reason, or other proof. I wasn't allowed to testify and was nevereven asked. So if the courts and my attorney all know I'm not testifying even though he didn't have permission to make that decision. He wouldn't fight and didnt allow me to either. So he just stole the money he was paid specifically to fight this trial!
