I hired them in July 2024. I was very dissatisfied with how my case was handled. My 21 yr relationship and 14 years domestic partnership was cheating on me for years. Lynette and her associates made themselves personally available to me anytime I needed them - even over weekends and evenings. Over the course of my case, Lynette guided me through some very difficult decisions and I grew to trust and depend on her advice. Nothing was accomplished and the retainer was gone within the month. This firm was a God's send. Everything that is done for a case goes through Lynette Siragusa before final submission, she is the chief. Vincent Stevens and Lynette Siragusa won my custody battle against a drug addict and an alcoholic, whose family bullied and intimidated me for years through the courts, lawyers and money spent. I felt defeated by previous attorneys, CPS, and the court system. They sat me down, looked at my evidence, and told me the path that "we" needed to take. Lynette worked with me in every way to make sure I can afford to do this mentally, physically and financially. This battle was extremely stressful, emotional, and traumatic for my daughter and myself. I have cried to Lynette and especially Vincent many times during my case. He was going through a horrible Child custody case and Lynette charged an insane amount of money ( which was paid upfront) went months without hearing from her. 2 years later we still don't have any paperwork stating she resides with the father, no medical insurance, absolutely nothing. We didn't even go to court cause the mother was non compliant. Se asked Lynette for the receipts which she failed to send via email. We then proceeded to make an appointment which we waited a week for. We asked for the money that was not used back and Lynette had only her lawyer speak with us. He provided receipts that she couldn't a week prior to us asking. The dates aren't adding up from my emails and her charging me. Out of almost 10k she gave us $500 back after she already said she used it all.
