Harry Smith of Smith and Fuller was absolutely awful. His office would never return my calls. He would promise to call me back, and then he never would. He repeatedly cancelled appointments. He laughed at me when my divorce case was having issues and my ex husband was causing trouble with the settlement of our home. I ended up dropping him and switching to a different attorney.

Jay Fuller of Smith & Fuller was my lawyer in 2013. He handled my case and provided me with a much better outcome than I even thought possible. He was professional, honest, fair, compassionate, trustworthy, and has the highest amount of integrity and character of any lawyer I have ever known in my life. I Highly recommend Mr. Fuller to everyone to handle their personal cases !

Harry Smith and Jay Fuller are among the best trial attorneys in the Chicagoland area. I used to be a prosecutor and know of their skill first hand. A few years ago, I referred a close family member's personal injury matter to this firm. They got a very good result on the case. My family member was very happy with the representation that she received. I would gladly refer other family members and friends to this firm if they were in need of legal services.

Mr. Smith is by far one of the best divorce attorney's in the country.....He represented me for my child support case, and saved me literally $50,000 bc of advice that my ex was making my case drag on for years.....He told me that in my best interest he would withdrawal.....At first I was upset, but 2 years later my ex racked up $74,000 for her lawyer bill......His personality is very likeable, and a highly respected attorney.....Also, he is very fair so far as how much he charges.....He's not the type of guy to rip you off. He goes above, and beyond, and his work is top of the line. I highly recommend him to represent you.

This attorney is one of the worst in DuPage County. He helped my exhusband get maintenance from me from my non marital assets by INTENTIONALLY not answering a Request to Admit which ended up forcing me to pay maintenance to my ex who was hiding his assets. Harry point blank refused to take his deposition and never got any discovery. What attorney refuses to take a deposition or do discovery? One who is paid to look the other way, that's who. Also Harry lied under oath when I sued him for malpractice and I CAN PROVE IT. If you need more info, contact me here. He's a low life lawyer who should be disbarred. NEVER use this horrible lawyer.
