I was told that I needed to give a $5,000 retainer, paid the 5K, but then I was told later that I needed to give another $20,000, I was overwhelmed with how much I had to pay out. I managed to pay another $5,000, but that was not enough even after we agreed to do a payment plan, but unfortunately without a job and not being able to acquire a loan for the rest of the payment. I tried to get a breakdown of services since I did pay him more than enough to help me with my case, only thing I received from his office was a letter with the Post arrest attorney fees for $25,000, a check that I had given him for $5k and a cash amount of $5K with a total due of $15,000. Also, 3% charge per transaction if I use a credit card. We live in El Paso, Texas and not in Dallas, Houston or San Antonio Texas where people can afford an attorney of that caliber. I wrote a letter to his firm in more detail and hoping that I don’t have to take this matter to a higher power!
