I knew I would need advice, and whether further services were needed would be based on that advice and outside factors. The lawyer I spoke with (Ms Worthy) was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and insightful. She told me very clearly the areas where a different area of law (and thus another practice) might better suit my needs, which impressed me as she would clearly rather look out for my needs than just take my money. She outlined all the ways she could help me, and this included a vast array of options I was unaware of previously. Due to a fortunate set of external circumstances, I did not need these additional services, but if I had (and in the future if I ever do) I would not and will not hesitate to call this office again. In addition to my time with Ms Worthy, I also communicated with her partner, Ms Stanton, who was helpful and efficient (she was the contact given by my insurance). She put me in touch with the staff, and my experience with them was also helpful and efficient. Ordering legal services through insurance can be a crapshoot but in this case I won the jackpot. I was told the entire process and what would happen during court. Everything was fine. Now I didn't know that before my claims are paid off Stanton & Worthy got their money before any of my creditors were half way paid. Now it seems like since they have been paid any question or help you need goes in one ear and out the other. On top of that I had a very rude (non-black because I don't know her nationality) woman called me back telling me what I need to do versus her stating that she would look into the problem and see what was going on. AFTER I did the attorneys job by looking into the situation I found out information that this rude young lady should've known. After that it made me feel like all this firm care about is getting paid and not about the client. I do understand that they have to be paid but I paid for a service from them until my debt is cleared. I don't feel so confident with this firm due to them not stepping up and helping out with a legal situation. Instead of helping me I was told that I needed to look into it. This left a bad taste in my mouth. After all of MY OWN digging after PAYING this law firm THEIR MONEY FIRST I cant get a soul to do nothing.

I'm thankful for her service because I was stressed about my situation. I've referred her to family and friends. She's going to look into every avenue to make what you want happen.
