The staff (I spoke with 2 barely intelligible receptionists that sounded like they were hired based on anything but knowledge, experience) or even the most basic office etiquette. The first receptionist called me to tell me “we don’t handle that county”. Then after I hung up I realized I had not even mentioned the county. I called back to ask how in the world could they ascertain the county from an email that didn’t mention one and someone who sounded like the first receptionist’s blood relative sputtered and could not answer my question . I said not to bother and that the firm sounds terribly unprofessional and that I wouldn’t want to hire them anyway. If Mr. Bilkis hires receptionists like this I can imagine what his paralegals are like. I would not recommend this firm. They sound like they’re working out of someone’s garage hiring people off the street who can barely spell their own first name.

Mr. Bilkis was honest and upfront with me from the beginning in what he projected the outcome of my case would be; in the end we got better results than either of us anticipated. He was very genuine and compassionate in understanding my situation and how this legal matter could effect not only myself but my family as well. The Law Firm is ran by an exceptional staff who takes there time to treat you as an individual that matters. Although I was technically guilty as charged, the punishment would have far outweighed the crime. With the guidance of Mr. Bilkis and his firm, I was able to have the summons dismissed. Mr. Bilkis helped us prepare his estate documents and put all his documents in order in case the worse should happen. Luckily things worked out well physically, but the process was helped tremendously by the professionalism and speed with which Mr. Bilkis helped us put things in place.
