Our father has been deceased for years. We ask for updates but you have refused to speak to us. It's been 2 years since we heard from you. Our Father may not be a priority to you but he is definitely a priority to us. I'm very disappointed we really expected more from your firm. 14 years to process a claim is unheard of. And we still waiting. This is truly disgraceful. And the unprofessionalism you have displayed is so disgraceful. A claim that takes only 2 years we still waiting now 14 years. Our father before he passed, had put his trust in your firm. The least you can do is respect him enough to honor him. Mr. Sullivan it's such a shame it took a month for you to respond to this post a professional Mr. Sullivan would have communicated with their clients.
