I signed with them because of a car accident, they are bad on returning calls, the paralegal Yesenia has a very bad attitude, she is not reliable. She does not return phone calls or any messages. I then called to asked what was going on with my case after waiting two months with no kind of calls or anything after my call or in the process of my call THE PARALEGAL TOLD ME THAT MY CASE WAS DROPPED. NOT THE ATTORNEY THE PARALEGAL. THIS SATURDAY I RECEIVED A LETTER. I WONDER IF THE ATTORNEY KNOWS WHAT HER Paralegal is doing. I will find a complaint with the bar association and on paralegal.

I’m familiar with how the process works so I wasn’t expecting much but to not even meet the low standards that I set is really embarrassing. I didn’t like the fact that every time I wanted an update I had to go out my way & call several times before I even get a call back from her assistant days later. Then when I would have a question the assistant would not have an answer and say I’ll get back to you but would never get back to me. I wouldn’t give this law firm any stars if I could. Also the contract is ridiculous for them to get 1/3 split. Please do yourself a favor & take your business else where.
